Called Yuri after trying to book a technician from other companies. At another company, the guy told me to buy a new oven because mine was old - not an option for me. A 2nd company had no available technician for another 3 weeks! Luckily, i called Yuri and he said he can be here in 45 min. He was on time, had the piece needed for replacement, did the job really fast, did not leave a mess after. The price of repair was reasonable, my oven is working perfectly, and he saved me a ton of headache. Don't waste your time elsewhere, book Yuri.

This is the BEST appliance repair service ever. Uri is terrific -- true to his word, on time, full of practical advice -- and he can fix anything. He got my refrigerator running again in the heat of August and then came back this month to replace the broken slides in my freezer. Thank you Uri.

Delayed ignition on oven. I called and they gave cost over telephone. Said they would be to me in an hour on the same day. This was on a Sunday. True to their word they came on time. Also came prepared with proper part and just like that the oven was repaired! Uriy was great! Professional, friendly and stayed long enough to make sure everything worked. Yuriy was GREAT. Highly recommend. He quickly diagnosed the problem on a very old washing machine and fixed it quickly and for not too much money. He responded to my call on a Sunday and was here on Monday to do the work. Can't say enough good about him and the quality of his work. Also happens to be full of knowledge about just about any appliance.

Amazing service! And great price. Uri showed up a half hour after I called and fixed my refrigerator in less than 45 minutes. It was so fast none of my food defrosted! Uri fixed our dishwasher and charged a very reasonable price to do so. We were so relieved to not have to replace it. He responded to my message within 12 hours, and came out the very next day to do the repair. Highly recommend.

When something breaks, we freak out. We worry that nothing is worth anything anymore, that things used to be built so much better than the art today, that you can’t trust anyone. We lose faith in humanity itself. And every so often or reminded we still live in a world in which some people care about things. If you have something broken, I highly recommend you call Ury. He cares about getting things right and fixing them. It is as if he belongs to a world far in the past. Trust his judgment. He will not steer you wrong. Don’t think twice. Highly recommended.

I had a terrible experience. The technician Vlad was a nice man. However, when he came to fix my refrigerator, his boss told me that with repair and parts was 325. Then, I was asked for another 100 for the additional part. I paid, but 2 months later, the refrigerator leaked. I spoke with the owner, an abrupt man, said, "Watch another week." Well, I lost track of time, 90 days contract expired. I lost 425, and still, the water leaked. It's time to find another repairman.

Quick, quality service at a very reasonable price!

Our Bosch freezer broke down in the middle of summer. Bosch repairman came out 10 days after submitting a request. Took one look at the fridge and told me that he didn't think he could fix it because "they don't make the parts anymore." Took a slightly closer look and identified that the freezer fan was broken and probably needed a new motor. Still, he was confident he'd be unable to repair it, and suggested we drop $3K-$4K on a new fridge, as that would be more cost-effective. Stressful news!

I did a little research and contacted Ace. They scheduled a repairman visit for two days after I called. The repairman did a full inspection of the fridge, agreed that the problem was the fan motor, and replaced it with a new motor on the spot. $550 to extend the life of an (admittedly) 15-year-old refrigerator. Saved us thousands, though.

We can still fix things. Do yourself a favor and call Ace before you get duped into buying a New Thing.
