BAD EXPERIENCE!!! I placed an order to have them service commercial appliance quoted me a time showed up late charge me by the hour and did absolutely nothing. The technicians are not knowledgeable, the owner very rude. This company will charge you and not resolve the problem.

Yuriy came over the same day that I called to fix the busted igniter on our main lower right stove burner. (We have an old Bosch stove/oven.) Prompt, efficient service and a reasonable price. Also a nice a guy. Highly recommended. (We've used this appliance repair company many times in the past. Always happy with the service. They come back if issues.)

Did a repair for me. I paid and the service went out next day. They told me they had to charge again just to check on thier own work. That was Terrible customer service to not even check up on your own work malfunctioning. I already paid and could not afford to pay again. That's was like Robbery to me.

Called Leo because I was having issues with my oven not lighting. He came and right on the spot was able to replace the part and get my oven working again. Will definitely recommend him.

My gasket was very dirty from the previous tenants who lived in this apartment. I reach out to Bota in hopes to get the gasket replaced since management was not taking the request fast enough. In 3 days Leo was able to get my new gasket replacement and installation. He even took a look at my refrigerator that was not making ice!

Igor the technician spent a lot of time diagnosing our Subzero fridge to determine the cause of it not cooling. He took a deposit and came back at the end of the week to install the new part and it has been functioning as new since. Thank you.

They answered out late night call and came the next morning to replace the compressor saving all of our food in the fridge.
