Did some research on appliance repair for my 3 yr old GE fridge that kept freezing the food in my fridge and took a chance on Fixly. Joe came and found the problem, returned when the part, which was the bulk of the cost, came in just 2 days later, very professional and knowledgeable. Time will tell! Rude staff - didn’t allow me to ask any questions. Didn’t know what he was doing and used me asking questions as an excuse to leave without diagnosing the issue. Would not recommend them at all. They are also highly expensive when compared to other service providers.

He needed to order a part, so the repair was completed over two visits—but everything was handled efficiently, and the part arrived in just two days, which was faster than I expected. Our problem solved within a week. First visit was to check and diagnose the problem and for the second visit, I had to wait since I don’t have the key for the washing machine. It was quick service < 30 min. Problem solved.
