I absolutely would recommend and use again this company!!! Stephan was our repairman and was terrific! I really appreciate his honestly, he was very helpful and upfront about everything from start to finish!

My service man, Stephen went above and beyond to remedy my smoking oven. First and foremost, he showed up earier than expected and I knew exactly who was coming to my door, the company sends a picture of your serviceman in advance. He went straight to work and replaced my starter and did cleaning. But it still didn't solve the issue. He later returned same day to take out the oven completely and throughly cleaned tons of grease and remove some soiled insulation. I am in awe of how kind, through and detailed he was, sending me pictures all through the way with transparent and reasonable pricing. We are so happy and can use our oven just in time for Thanksgiving. We thank you so much Stephen!

Had to wait a long time for the part. Ended up not being the correct part. Ended up getting a new fridge. I do not recommend.

I have found someone way better than Sears Home Repairs!! Stephen Bartley is always on time and gets the job done in a timely manner. His rates are comparable. I had an emergency the other day with my refrigerator, he came that same day to fix the ice -maker dispenser.
