I needed an appliance repair firm immediately when my refrigerator started having problems. These professionals were reasonably priced in addition to being nearby. They quickly identified and resolved the problem. Outstanding assistance!

Horrible service. I wish I could give 0 Stars. They came and looked at my oven which was giving me an error msg. They told me it needed a reboot, even though I told them that I had done that myself and it worked for a day and the error message had came back. They insisted that they do it differently and that it would work. I had to pay for that service $325.00 which included $25 extra for a month warranty!!!! I asked what would happen if it doesn't work. Their reply was I would get my money back. The very next day the same error message showed again. Since than I have been trying to get a solution. They gave me two different quotes for the same repair which got higher and higher with different parts and amount of people needed. In the end the quote was almost as high as buying a new oven. At that point I could not trust them and asked for my money back for the reboot (that did not do anything and had done it myself as well) and they can keep the $95 fee for the diagnosis.
Since the day I asked for my reimbursement:
The first person I spoke to and had promised me that I will get my money, and said that will call me back, conveniently doesn't work for the company anymore.
The second person's I spoke said that he had to investigate and get back to me. He ended in the hospital and never called me back.
The third person I spoke also needed to investigate. She still hasn't called me back. Now I call and they have blocked my number.

Customer Alert: This company is a scam. They came to my house to check my stove ($95 for the trip), diagnosed the problem, gave me a repair quote for $300+, which we paid on the spot (the repair was a “reboot” of the electronic board and required no parts actual repair). We were told to call them back if the problem persists. Well, the problem still persists as the repair didn’t work. So we contacted them back to fix the issue. The company said that the guy that we spoke to initially and that quoted us is no longer with the company and that the new quote is now $1,000+ to repair the stove. We politely declined as that is more than buying a new stove and asked for the repaid money back. They are refusing to refund back the repair cost even though we told them they can keep the $95 diagnostics fee. We will file a report with BBB and take further action. They did not repair my appliance. Very unfortunate.
