I was able to get an appointment in less than 24 hrs from my initial call. My service person Alex text me prior to his visit, and was on time. He evaluated my refrigerator, explained the problem, and answered all my questions. My refrigerator is old and was not worth the cost of the repair. Was very nervous to have a technician try to fix my dishwasher just cause finding someone responsible, communicative and affordable is always a hassle but these people really were all of the above. We had TI Constant repair our refrigerator and dishwasher repairs. TI was very responsive , and arranged for timely appointments, and repaired all brands. Alexander was very helpful, performed the repairs quickly, while taking his time to explain what the issue were.
A few weeks later, when our washer machine needed repairs- we knew who to call. It was nice to see the same repairman, Alex, who again was very communicative.

The technician that came to our house was courteous and careful to not damage our hardwood floors pulling the refrigerator out. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly.
