Our oven broke and wouldn't heat up. We called Onefservice. They sent their repairman, George, the same day. He found that the ignitor was broken, then promptly replaced it for a reasonable price. George was also very friendly and helpful. I would definitely call Onefservice again for appliance repair.

Freddy was great. He took his time and was very good. My washing machine is great and is back in working order. I will call him from now on for any of my appliances. He won my approval.

Repairman was on time and friendly. He looked at my old washing machine and checked that the springs/ suspension were in good shape. He said he didn't see a reason for the shaking during spin cycle....he said it could be the transmission in which case it doesn't pay to fix. So appreciate the honesty...would call again when f needed.

Onefservice repaired my dishwasher. Freddy is very responsive, showed up the next day, did diagnostics and even tried to salvage the old part rather than replacing it. But it had to be replaced and Freddy promptly informed when it became available. Again, he was accommodating with scheduling the visit, came on time, and did the work quickly and making sure everything worked properly. In my opinion the charges were very reasonable too. Fantastic appliance repair service in Brooklyn. They fixed our washer and dryer. Washer drain problem was fixed and gas dryer not drying properly. Prices are fair and service is top. I recommend them and will use for my future projects
