Highly recommend! Within the last couple months Onefservice successfully repaired our stacked LG dryer (wasn't heating) and washer (leaking due a hole in the rubber gasket). In both cases Freddy responded immediately and had someone at our place the same day. Pricing was transparent and fair, and his technical skills are superb: He was able to replace the gasket without disconnecting and unstacking the washer/dryer, which would have been a major inconvenience (and added cost).

Freddy was extremely flexible and able to work with my tight schedule including coming at 7am to disconnect my old appliances prior to new appliance delivery. He then installed microwave and gas range with careful attention to details. He did great work. His prices are very reasonable and you get good value for what you pay with him.

Thankfully a repair service in the neighborhood that does good work and you can trust. Freddy arrived right within the time frame promised. He quickly diagnosed the issues with my 17 year old washer and dryer, neither of which worked. Although I knew the problem with both, there were other issues I didn't realize, such as defective dryer gas valve coils. He tested the existing coils and replaced them. My laundry now gets dry much, much faster.
He was courteous, and fair with his pricing. His original repair estimate was spot-on which was important to me because they are 17 year old units and I didn't want to spend much more on them because of their age.

Highly Recommended. Freddy came to the rescue when my ice maker went haywire and poured water into the freezer drawer and froze it closed. He returned several times while we waited for the ice to melt enough to be able to open the drawer. Once opened, he repaired it and the ice maker is now working beautifully. He was polite, cleaned up after himself and always arrived when he said he would. Excellent service.

My oven was not heating, which is a problem during holiday season! Booking with Onefservice was super quick and easy and they were able to send Freddy the next day. He called me in the morning to let me know he was on his way, and when he arrived he patiently listened to my concerns and got to work. Turns out, the ignitor needed to be replaced. He was super quick and efficient, and I appreciate that he took the time to explain what was going on to me, showing me that the flame wasn't turning on. Price is honest, the "inspection fee" gets included in the total cost.

I've reached out to Freddy for all appliance repair needs. All communication is very quick. And the day of the repair, the arrival is always prompt and on time. It's been so crucial to rely on an honest skilled appliance repair technician, especially when the family washer or dryer is unusable until the repair happens (which was our circumstances). Every repair has been perfect and successful. On some occasions Freddy can secure a part same day (things like water pumps, igniters, thermostats, etc. he knows what to bring on the job site for your model). My quotes were always extremely reasonable and I'm never upcharged. I highly recommend Freddy and Onefservice and I trust him for all appliance repair needs.

Freddy and his team were punctual and efficient in helping me diagnose my refrigerator issue. They ordered a new part which only took 2 days to receive and tried to replace it. Unfortunately my refrigerator was too old and the new part does not fit (not their fault that Frigidaire does not make the part I need). His prices were reasonable for the amount of time and effort it took to figure out the situation.

I had to get a new refrigerator and Freddy helped install a new waterline since PC Richards was not able to do so. Freddy is very responsive and works during weekend hours (came on Sunday twice) so convenience was definitely appreciated.

He came on a moments notice, prompt and courteous same-day service. Dryer had been squeaking and is in a terribly tight spot. He patiently explained the process while moving the dryer. He was careful not to scratch or chip the walls or the washer. In the end he put everything back as it was. I will definitely be calling him for any of my appliance repair needs.
