Phong did a fantastic job almost completely rewiring our brownstone, installing switches, outlets and lights, and leaving us with a well-organized breaker box. Our General Contractor uses them all the time. Our lights don't flicker, bulbs last as long as they are supposed to, and we have not had a single problem. A big job well handled. Plus when I thought I had a power emergency they were at my house on a Friday night in less than an hour. Turned out the problem was ConEd, but the responsiveness was fantastic. I highly recommend them.

I very rarely write reviews, but my experience with Response Electric was so fantastic, that I felt I needed to. In a world filled with business who just do not care about the level of service, Response is a GEM. Everything about working with them was far above any electrician experience I have encountered before. It was so easy to get them on the phone, schedule an appointment, work with their technician during the visit - all was perfect. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. If you need an electrician, look no further!

Do not use! They charge an hour for “travel time” and then round up to the next hour on your bill. So you’ll pay over $1000 (four hours for a 2 1/2 hour job changing a bathroom fan and ceiling light fixture. Total scam!
