I just used NY Unique Contractors. I give this company a thumbs up. They did my Sidewalk and front area. Mr. T explained all that was to be done. He gave the best price and workmanshop is great. I reccommend them and will use them again. 5 out of 5 stars

I highly recommend this company. First- They ( Mr. T) were very communicative, answered all my questions, and got back to me immediately.
Their work was great, we ( my coop building) is very pleased with their quality of work and how quickly they accomplished it. I hope to hire them again for another ptoject in the Spring.

I had Danny and Tee come out to completely redo our back yard in ditmas Park brooklyn. Got 5 quotes. These guys were not cheapest nor the most expensive. But they asked all the right questions. They did a great job. We used 600sq ft of Bluestone and it has transformed our yard. They were great to work with.

T and his sons did an excellent job installing our patio. They work quickly and efficiently without compromising quality a bit. They know what they are doing and it shows. I would highly recommend them for this type of project.

As a homeowner of more than 15 years, I've had my share of contractor woes. So when I needed my front yard and sidewalk cemented, I didn't just get bids but I also paid attention to HOW the contractors interacted with me. Spoiler alert: New York Unique Contracting is top notch and I would use their services again in a heartbeat. Absolutely one of my best experiences with a contractor.

Out of 10 contractors that I contacted about the job, New York Unique stood above the rest for their customer service, construction knowledge, organization, and quality work. Tee knows how to run a business. He is a punctual man of his word and very reasonable with his pricing. When he wasn't available his sons, Danny & Adil, stepped right in and made sure everything went smoothly and on time.

My front yard was completed to the specifications we laid out and Tee handled getting the permit with ease. They also worked with my schedule so that someone stayed on premises to make sure no one damaged the wet cement until I could return. My satisfaction with the work done on my front yard was so high that I immediately secured their services to clear and repair my backyard as well. Their crews are so quick and efficient that they finished both jobs way ahead of schedule. I am thrilled with the quality of the work they did on my yards and am more than happy to vouch for their professionalism and fantastic work. Tee, Danny & Adil, thank you for such a great experience!

They did such an incredible job on my backyard deck. Tee and his sons are wonderful people to work with. They were so neat and detailed in their work and built a brick porch and trex deck for me. Outstanding workmanship. I highly recommend hiring them.

Frank construction did a complete remodeling of our basement. He was on time, cost-effective, well organized, his workmanship was superb! He estimated 6 weeks and miraculously finished in 3 weeks.
I then used him for two more projects. Painting interior walls of my entire house and repaired my ceiling in another apartment. I highly recommend Frank Construction.

Frank is the best! I was looking for someone who can build a custom closet in our apartment and Frank was the only one who did it exactly how we wanted at a great speed! Will definitely use him again for any other future projects

Frank was great! We hired him to build us a closet in our foyer with some specific ideas and he completed it with no problems. Whatever we asked for he made happen. From a closet to larger projects Frank is your guy

Progressive was hired to repair and paint the rear of my facade fix lintels and sill and fill gaps between windows and concrete
The repair work was lumpy and patchy
The sills are uneven. The paint job was sloppy. They did not fill the gap between window and concrete but instead filled it with a wide strip of caulking with no attention . To making straight lines
They gut paint all over the neighbors lider and did not remedy that either
When I asked them to resolve these issues they acted as if they didn’t understand

We hired this company to redo the brownstone on our facade. The initial work was good but it has since broken away and is chipping off in large chunks. Not sure what happened but it seems premature for it to be breaking off just a few years in. I've reached out several times to see how we can correct the work but have not been able to get in touch with the team.

Great communication & work, fair price. Will use again.
