They took my rug and called me the next day to give me the good news that the rug was able to be cleaned. My rug was just delivered and looks great. I have never received such great service. Highly recommend Carpet Cleaning Brooklyn Company.

This is my 5th time using Tim’s cleaning service and it definitely won’t be my last! I always get my sectional couch, dining table upholstered chairs, and rugs cleaned. I have a little one so there are usually stains involved, but Tim always gets them out. He is prompt, professional, and never leaves me disappointeddisappointed. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing steam cleaning services!

I got his info from a Williamsburg mom friend who used his service for her sofas and it came out amazing. We have been searching for something like this and I’m glad we found a perfect service like this. The price is affordable and so are the add ons.

The reason mainly for this service was because our now toddler has been using the sofas as her artistic masterpiece 😅 so we definitely needed them cleaned and now they look new again 🥹 looks like we purchased new sofas all over again.

This company has been services me in now my second home . I have a small dog with an attitude and let’s just say she gets mad when we leave her in the house so tim cleaning is the service I call. They are so reliable and dependable and they work so hard to get you the result not only that you need but you love. They have serviced me over 8 times and each time I had no complaints at all.

So glad we found Tim and he was able to come out and clean our couch on a Sunday! We had our dog pee on the couch and after trying to clean it ourselves for a week, we found Tim and he got the job done.

He offered many different add-on options but we just chose the base level steam clean. Tim was very thorough with cleaning our couch and we are very happy with the results. Tim is very responsive and attentive. We have hired him twice now. This time he cleaned our couch and cushions, ottoman and wool rug and we are very satisfied. His products are also safe which is important because we have a kid. I highly recommend his cleaning service.

I sent the picture of the rug and got the quote of $149 dollars, plus I could order additional services like odor cleaning, immediate drying etc

I sent the picture of the rug confirming that it’s a wool rug and I was worried that the rug won’t dry very fast. In the message the person said that the rug will dry fast, so don’t need immediate drying

When he got to the place he said that actually it won’t dry fast so I offered to pay IMMEDIATE drying option. Immediate, not just drying - immediate drying - which was +$79
In around 20 minutes he suggested that he doesn’t think he can do it at home and will take it to the place and return it in a week for additional $20.
I was already a little bit confused because I did sent the picture and all the details in the messages and he was saying completely different things.
In a week he messaged that he can’t bring it, it’s not ready yet and he will bring it later

So after all of this I was already confused.

Upon the drop off I paid $149 + $20 for the pick up + $30 tip (even though we had to wait extra days and the process was already confusing and uncomfortable)

He started buzzing in my door, saying I had to pay $249 because I chose immediate drying option. Where is there IMMEDIATE drying if my rug was take for over a week?
He never mentioned that immediate drying was still charged if my rug is being taking for over a week

I paid the money but I’m extremely disappointed

Would highly recommend this service! My couch looked 10x better after cleaning. It was easy to sign up for an appointment and an efficient service.

I found Tim through an Instagram AD and I’m sooo glad I did. We had our sofa for 3 years and I was ready to get rid of it and buy a new one, but thankfully Tim was able to bring it back to its original state. If you have kids . . . or a husband I would highly recommend Tim’s Cleaning :D
Now no one is allowed to sit down on the sofa haha
