Just had my rugs and white recliner cleaned and I’m so impressed with the results. The rug looks brand new, super clean and fresh. Tim was also incredibly nice and professional, showed up on time, and took great care with everything. Would definitely recommend and use again!

Wonderful customer service and outcome. Tim was super easy to communicate and schedule with, he was extremely professional and refreshed our carpets and couch. Not an easy job but he did it!

Tim provided a quote within an hour and turned around service the very next day on a weekend! My white sofa looks brand new after a deep clean and lint removal. Highly recommend! Professional and thorough. After inspecting the great work, I just propped up the cushions to dry since the job unexpectedly included cleaning all sides of the cushions! (excuse the barrier for my dog)

Truly excellent work!!! The cleaner got stains out of my couch that had remained after my previous couch cleaning. Suffice to say, I'll never go to another couch cleaner again, only Tims from now on!

Tim did a fantastic job on our shag carpet that was 100 percent wool. It had not been cleaned in 4-5 years other than vacuuming and he got so much grime and dirt out, it was really satisfying.

Tim is also very communicative and efficient. I love that he can do the cleaning right in the apartment so there is no dealing with the carpet having to be transferred in or out of apartment. We will be using him again for our couch!

Between my two toddlers and my dog, my couch was in pretty rough shape. Not only was Tim’s quote a fraction of the cost of a competitor down the road, but his work was outstanding. My 10-year old couch looks brand new! I’m so thrilled and would absolutely use Tim again.

I was referred to Area Rug Cleaners Brooklyn by a friend who said they are the best upholstery and carpet cleaning service. The cleaned my sofa, mattress and runner. They did a great job. I will call and refer them as well.

Seamless pick up and delivery but rug was returned to me still damp. As it was delivered rolled up and covered in plastic when I unrolled it it smelled musty like a wet dog. It's been a few days laid flat and the smell still hasn't come out.

Update: When I called them to alert them of the issue the receptionist was incredibly rude, full on yelling at me I kid you not! Then told me there was no way they're taking it back. I've since thrown out the rug. Lesson learned.

Booked a cleaning in preparation for a birthday party. They wrote down the wrong date and weren't able to come when we originally agreed. Had to cancel my appointment because they weren't available when they said they'd be.

Incredible quality cleaning, Erlinda was very punctual and super efficient while cleaning the apartment. I couldn't believe the difference from before and after. I am extremely happy and look forward to having her help clean my apartment on a monthly basis. (We were in dire need of a cleaning)

I cannot begin to explain how clean my apartment is and how hard the cleaner (Nelly) worked to ensure the space was clean. I STRONGLY recommend this company!
