Great company!!! Service was fantastic! Booking was very easy and the pricing was the best deal after shopping around and very transparent! Would absolutely recommend this company! The cleaner was friendly and very professional! My Rug looks incredible!

Vlad was very good and communicative about what he was doing to my couch. He also arrived on time. The company in general was also very responsive and answered all of my questions. My couch looks great and the in house service makes it very convenient.

This was great!!! I went online googling a way to get my couch clean and odor free after my 9lb dog used it as a restroom! Booking was super easy, and the availabilities were as soon as 3 days out. My technician arrived right at the top of the window of my appointment. He was so nice, and the clean was faster than I expected! Would definitely use them again.

Technician was nice, cleaning was bad. Damaged my couch. Poor customer service. Rude and clearly defensive when many issues were raised about damage, smell and ineffective cleaning. Wouldn’t recommend them

Sohyb was great! He came and tackled a floor that had not been cleaned in many years and saved us from having to replace the whole floor. Would highly recommend this service. Was super efficient to deal with.

Awful service, do not use. Will ruin your furniture/carpets!

They claim to have years of experience dealing with all types of rug/furniture material, but completely ruined our rug by creating massive stains from their treatment.

Michael was rude and defensive when we confronted him:

“It’s a disclaimed service. I am not suppose to offer you any refund. Get familiar with the email disclaimer”

“For the carpet our machine does not leave stains like that. It is not possible.“

“It does not look worse. It was heavily stained before.” We have very clear before and after pictures that show otherwise (see attached)

You would think a professional with “10+ years experience” would know if their treatment would not work for any given fabric. Clearly not.

Don’t make the same mistake as we did… use another company.

***Update to response below*** we did not ask them to treat the small stains. And the big stain clearly wasn’t there before. See pictures for before and after. Refund of $89 was offered … doesn’t help much when we now have to spend $750 to replace the carpet.
