The cleaning team were professional, friendly and worked very hard to clean my carpets. I'm very impressed with the results and would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a great carpet cleaning service.

My carpets and mattress were just cleaned by Sam and I am very impressed with the outcome. Very old and dirty carpets and mattress and they look amazing now. He really worked his butt off to get them clean.

A and B was able to rescue our very stained dining room chairs, cleaning them so they looked brand new. Definitely cheaper than buying a new set!! Service was on time and easy to deal with. Thank you!

Excellent service. I’ve used them twice now. They come right to your home to give you an estimate (very reasonable, about $180 for 6x8 wool area rug), take the rug away, and deliver it back to you all fresh and clean! A+

I have an off-white area rug that was looking pretty dingy. I didn't want to buy another one because I like the unique pattern of the rug. I wanted it cleaned but I had no idea how good of a job A&B would do. The rug came back and it looks brand new. And it's off-white! I was very impressed. Also, they picked up and dropped off in Manhattan.

I highly recommend A and B carpet! They were professional, fast and totally efficient! There is no place I would call for the cleaning needs of my furniture, they make things look like the day you got them. I could not be any happier with the service!

Sam is absolutely the BEST carpet cleaner in NY!!! He does a great job explaining what needs to get done and even explains what is going on as he does it. The carpet never looked cleaner. I wish I had taken a before and after picture because you would find it hard to believe the miracles he performs. If you are thinking it's just not possible call AandBcarpetny Sam you might just be very surprised!

PS. If you are thinking about using those specials you might find somewhere BEWARE of the small print. It usually says something like basic cleaning or something along those lines. It translates to only clean with water so when they come they'll see the stain and say oh we need deep cleaning for this stain which means shampoo which means more money no longer the special price but since they're already there they count on you just going with it. Not Sam! He is honest and straight forward and very fair pricing considering he's such a hard worker. Long story short call Sam you won't be disappointed!

We had a bad leak that unfortunately caused a bad stain on our carpet. We had about 2 other companies give us quotes over the phone. Sam actually came out to take a look at the carpet to give us a free and no obligation quote. I agreed to the price and was impressively ready to clean the carpet. Overall his services were very professional and left my carpet spotless! Would I use you again? Absolutely. Thank you

I inherited 2 area rugs that were over 40 years old. A & B made them look like new rugs that just came from the store. They brought the colors back to life and in fact the colors were vivid. The cleaners spent time making sure the rugs were in the right place moving them a few tines and then placing all the furiture back in it place. I recommend them highly.

Great rug cleaning. They offer pick up and drop off services. My rug came back very clean and the work was done in a timely fashion. They know their rugs! I am definitely going to use their services again in the future.

Sam is the man. He and his crew took their time to take down the curtains. Sam made sure I had the correct curtains rods before he and his crew methodically rehung the cleaned drapes. My curtains look good. I would recommend A and B Carpet.

I just had 3 area carpets cleaned by A and B. It was the first time in 3 years that they were cleaned so needless to say they were not in the best condition. One of them had a pet stain. I expected them to come back cleaner but not as clean as they did. They look absolutely new. And there is no evidence of a pet stain anywhere. I used to use Clines but those days are over. A and B did a much better job and the service was excellent. Sam did all the lifting and schlepping. I had it in the back of my mind that I would probably need new rugs soon. Not now. Thanks A and B!

A few years ago, I panicked when my dog had a bad accident (#2) on my oriental rug. A and B Carpet came highly recommended by a colleague who collects antique rugs. I was amazed by the result. I honestly didn't think anything could get out the stains, but it came back pristine -- like new. Additionally, I gave them a second rug with old stains which my husband and I thought we might throw out. It also came back like new and now it's one of my favorite rugs. I have just given them three more rugs to clean and their prices are incredibly reasonable. Their team is professional, prompt and efficient. I highly recommend them.

I had my electrical roller blinds cleaned. Sarah was helpful and accommodating with scheduling. Sam and his crew were great and spent of a lot of time ensuring that the blinds were installed back properly and working well. They did a great job.

The cleaner that was sent was very professional and did a great job cleaning my carpet. My friend recommend them because they did a good job with her carpets and it's all organic. That I like because it's safe for my pets.

Hired this company to clean my blinds. Spoke with Jackie and she was beyond unprofessional. They charged my card in full for the cleaning. Told me they were delivering my blinds on Tuesday and “forgot to load them on the truck” and can’t deliver them until Friday. They made NO accommodations to correct their major mess up and refused to offer a compensation or price adjustment. Will NOT be using this company again. Do not use. Poor customer service and incompetence

I have been a client of A and B carpet for approximately 10 years. I have two dogs and all wood floors except for my bedroom. A and B has been coming to clean my bedroom carpet since I moved to Brooklyn. They are the best company, consummate professionals. They are very accommodating; in that, even when I call to make an appointment at the last minute......... they fit me in. A and B carpet is extremely punctual and they let you know when they are close so you can be ready to receive them. But most important is the quality of their work. My rugs are very clean and smell fresh when the job is complete. And the clan smell lasts. Because I have dogs they use special extra strength products at no extra cost. A and B is top notch you get the greatest service at a very affordable price. You can't go wrong with A and B. I will never use anyone else. If you what I know ......you will use them too!!!!!

Easy process they come and pick up your carpet and will schedule drop off. They did a great job with a big tricky rug.

Just had my carpets cleaned by this company. They did a fantastic job, were very courteous and professional, and most importantly they were right on time. Their technician Steve is the man. Again, professional and explained everything nicely. Had my place done in a little over an hour. Will definitely use this company again and their prices are very reasonable. Don't always go for the cheapest prices out there. I'll pay any day for professionalism and promptness. Than you A&B Carpet cleaning

Very happy with this cleaning company. My wool area rug came back like new. It was expensive (in my opinion) but totally worth it!
