I was blown away by the results of the Persian rug cleaning. Sarah and her team were efficient, friendly, and extremely careful with my rug. It looked fantastic when they returned it to me.

I called from Cypress Hills to get my Oriental rug cleaned, and I’m glad I did. The staff was courteous, on time, and treated my space and rug with care. It came back smelling fresh and looking vibrant. Loved the attention to detail.

I never realized how much my Persian rug had dulled over the years until the team picked it up for cleaning. The rug cleaning process at their factory completely revived it. The hand-knotted wool fibers are soft again, the intricate woven patterns are sharper, and even the fringes look perfect. Having them collect and return it made the whole experience seamless.

Greenpro Rug Care promised professional service, but my experience was the opposite. My rug came back damaged and unrecognizable. What’s worse, their customer support refused to acknowledge the problem or offer any sort of resolution. It feels like they care more about profits than their customers. I regret trusting them with my rug. Very bad service don't call them they are cheating company. They only run for money.

Howard and his crew did a great job on my Persian are rug which is 9×13.They did a deep cleaning a mold remediation,and there where numerous urine stains from a dog we had. They where able to get all the urine stains out ,and also did a restoration. The rug is a heirloom piece and looks brand new .There is not a mark or stain of any kind on it now, we also purchased the padding from Area rug cleaning.I would highly recommend them.

Twice I scheduled an appointment with someone over the phone for a rug cleaning and they took down all of my info and gave me a window of 1-3pm. Each time they didn’t show, didn’t call, and didn’t answer the phone.
