Outstanding service!! Team, did an incredible job! She went above and beyond, cleaning every detail and even the dirty little corners that usually get missed. She was punctual and finished exactly within the time promised. The apartment was spotless, and I loved that she used non-chemical products that smelled amazing. They have no operating system in place. When I came to pickup they gave me other people’s clothes. Each and every shirt I gave them to clean was damaged!!

To all those who think of using this cleaners, think twice. It was the 100% WORST experience I've EVER had at any establishment, and I'm not kidding. Let me go through my story.

Let me start by saying that I NEVER write Google reviews. This experience, though, was so bad that I felt obligated to tell the world.

It all started when I arrived one day with a brand new suit. When I came to pick it up a few days later, they had messed up on the pressing. I asked them if they can do it again, and to their credit, they said yes. I came back again a few days later, and still, my brand new suit was messed up on the lapel and ticket pocket. So I show them the problem again, and they bring it to the back to quickly press it a third time. Same thing. Finally, they tell me to come with them to the back. WARNING: NEVER, EVER GO TO THE BACK OF THAT STORE. YOU DO NOT WANT TO MEET THE GUY BACK THERE.

As soon as I get to the back, the guy back there completely UNLOADED at me, how nobody will see it and it's my fault... And this guy was MAD. He just shouted at me while I stood there, not being able to voice my thoughts over his shouting. Thinking back, I really should've called the cops. Sound like something you want to get yourself into?

So take my advice. There are many other cleaners right in the same area as this one, so don't make my mistake, and consider using another.

Before I conclude, I feel I have to give a shout-out to the other two workers I encountered at the store. They were unlike the man in the back, and were actually very helpful and much more professional. That one star goes for them.

Dont like there service

After we are finished doing a renovation, we always have post construction cleanup performed by Mint Green Cleaning. The leave the place looking as though we were never there. They remove everything right down to the last speck of dust. We would not feel the job was complete without their service.

Our clinic requires frequent medical office cleaning service from Mint Green Cleaning. They use the best in safe, hypoallergenic cleaning products to kill germs and bacteria that can live on surfaces. Where the sick people come, so do the germs. For the welfare of all we use Mint Green Cleaning.

I rented my apartment when I first came to Brooklyn, NY a few months ago. I rented it online, sight unseen. When I finally was going to move in I could not help notice how dingy the carpet was. I called ABC Green Cleaning to clean it. I t looked like new when they were finished. It is months later and it still looks like new. I will call them again, definitely...

Hired them to clean my carpets, but the chemicals they used turned parts of a beige carpet green. They did not warn me about the risk of discoloration. If they had, I wouldn't have gone ahead with it. I'll need to replace the carpet at my own expense as they have not been responsive to my requests and have not answered emails.

We needed to have three flights of stairs cleaned as well as an 8x10 area rug and a 3x10 runner. The carpet cleaners at ABC Green Carpet Cleaning – Kensington called to see if we were ready ahead of time (which we were) so that the job could be done earlier in the day (allowing more daylight time for drying). They pretreated everything and ran their new hoses up to the top level. At each turn in the stairs, they put protectors to keep the hoses from scratching the posts and corners. They used a steam solution to clean the carpets which did a terrific job. The entire job went quickly and the carpets look like new. We try to take good care of our carpets but our front door is on an alley and there's no way to avoid alley dirt and dust from coming in. Also, our carpet is industrial strength, but it's also a light color, so periodic professional cleaning is needed. These guys did a great job so we plan to use them again in 6 months. Also, the price was very competitive.

Our offices have never looked or smelled so good since we have had Mint Green Cleaning come at night to clean. Their commercial office cleaning service is reliable and very thorough. They do everything including disinfecting the phones and cleaning the carpet when needed. We really appreciate the service.

My mother has been using ABC Green Cleaning for years. So when I got my own place it was obvious for me to use them too. I find them to be courteous and very efficient and environmentally conscious. My carpet always looks and smells fresh and clean. I am a very satisfied customer of ABC Green Cleaning of New York as my mother is.
