I have made three separate calls to this company (3/30/2018 - spoke to Donna; 4/4/2018; 4/9/2018) and was told on the the 30th and the 9th that I would be called back so that an appointment can made for someone to visit the location and give me an estimate. It has been 9 days since I made the last phone call and I have not yet received a phone call from anyone. I was hoping to get the same service that the other comments have expressed because I have 6 other locations that I wanted quotes for but I wanted to see the quality of the service at the first location.

I’m posting after seeing what this company did for a relative. They did an amazing job and were so sensitive to her emotional well being during the process (she is one of those compulsive shopping types). They were super discrete, patient, kind and effective. Thank you so much for helping her.

Hoarders911 completed a complex horder reorganization and cleaning project for a previous customer of ours in brooklyn. All other companies were outrageously priced or not experienced. They came same day gave free estimate and in a week began the project to completion. No complaints, good service, I highly recommend them.

I talked to Hadas, and they said they would come on Friday, June 7, today. They never showed up for an estimate. They told me 10-1 pm and then said 5 pm. That is so unprofessional. Finally, they said 2:15 pm, and then she called me at 2:12 pm, saying that they had gone to Jesery JESERY. I am in the Bronx and I told them the address. This was very unprofessional.

This company is AMAZING! My tenant is a hoarder and we found out after bed bugs were coming into our apartment from the ventilation system. It was a nightmare and a very difficult situation because my tenant refused to let anyone in. They were very patient, earned her trust, and made her house look brand new. What I really liked about them is that they have a background in extermination so they were also able to exterminate the entire building. Overall, I had a great experience working with them and they deserve recognition for it. Thank you!

My parents just love to keep everything and anything in their house. I really needed to help them by getting their place cleaned and organized. Hoarders 911 was very helpful and made sure to ask us what was to keep and what was to throw away. For once we were able to see the floor. We used Nicole Levine’s company to clean out a family member’s home. We were so impressed with the professionalism and compassion. Konneh was super organized and supportive and gracious. He knew exactly where to start and was constantly in motion! All with a smile and eagerness to help us and to reassure us that we would love the the finished condition. WE WERE SO DELIGHTED WITH IT!!! The entire team—Julian, Fernanda, Jessica and Dona—showed great respect for the home and for of our loved one’s possessions. It’s wonderful to know there are such beautiful, kindhearted people like this in our world to help us!
