We recently moved into the house and took our rugs away with them, they did an amazing job. I was very glad that the carpet looks and smells great. Our sofa was also removed. I was so shocked to see the transformation of our sectional sofa, all the stains have disappeared, it looks completely NEW. They could adjust me to their schedule faster than any other company I contacted, he could answer any of my questions in as much detail as possible. I would definitely recommend them to any family that may need to clean carpets or upholstery.

The professionalism of the cleaning lab team impressed me! They came and did an amazing job with stains on my Brooklyn rental property. I didn't want to buy expensive new furniture, and these guys did a real miracle. This is my 4th time using cleaning lab and Max does a phenomenal job. The quality has been consistent every time. When Max arrives he uses a camera to see what types of stains you have and formulates a solution to treat/remove. My sofa and rug look brand new are their cleaning.

This is a wonderful company. They’ve cleaned my whole couch, lounge chairs and rug. You simply shoot them a text and they will schedule someone to come to your apartment, they are super fast and efficient!!

I NEVER write reviews so it really pains me to write this, especially for a small business. I just don't want anyone making the same mistake I did. I used Hoarders 911 a little under a month ago during a very vulnerable time in my life and have never felt more scammed by a business.

I paid OVER $2,000 (not even including tips) for around 4 hours of work. I had lost my job and fell into a deep depression. I really needed help with getting my apartment and life back together. I cannot stress HOW excited I was to use this service!! Dona was so nice on the phone and via email. I had really high hopes and although the price was costly at first, I was able to justify it thinking it will all be worth it. However, for the past few weeks I have spent ENTIRE days REDOING ALL the work I paid for.

I was told I'd pay $2,000 for two helpers to remove clutter and deep clean my apartment from 10am-5pm. Two helpers (don't want to give their names) arrived around 10:20. The woman started in my kitchen and the man took roughly 45min to park the van. He started in my bedroom around 11:15ish. Just my kitchen and bedroom were to be worked on.

At first, I was really excited that the woman was taking out all my (clean) dishes from the cupboard and rewashing them. I understand that she worked really hard on my kitchen for a few hours so I feel bad writing this, but I've had to rewash EVERY utensil/plate/glass. Every. Single. Item. I have a lot of plates/utensils/glasses. Everything had streaks and stains. The only thing that I can justify paying for in the kitchen was her cleaning my oven and floors, thank you! But having to rewash every item in my kitchen after I paid over a month's rent for it to be cleaned has caused immense stress to my life.

I had neat and clean piles of clothes folded in stacks on my bedroom floor. Everything on the floor was carelessly thrown into plastic bags. My clean folded clothes were mixed with trash and dirt :( nothing was organized. It's a job that I could have easily done (and should have done!!) myself.

I could tell both helpers weren't that motivated (especially the man) but that didn't bother me because I assumed the job would be done. I did feel slight judgement from them but again, I overlooked it because I really needed help. They said they were done at 3pm (had an hour lunch too). Again, I was naive and didn't open the bags/cupboards to inspect everything, I just assumed the job was completed and that is 100% my fault. Over the course of the next few days and weeks is when I noticed how rushed and carelessly the job was completed.

To make matters worse, there is no resolution. I was completely scammed out of $2,000 for a job I should have just done myself. The scope wasn't completed, they were late, and didn't stay for the duration they were paid for. Dona offered me a discount on future services, which is honestly offensive and what drove me to write this review. WHY would I ever use your services again...? This is coming from someone who ate raw chicken at a restaurant last week because I didn't want to bother the waitress... I NEVER speak up about things but I genuinely feel like I was completely scammed.

If you need everything to be carelessly removed from a house, then Hoarders 911 may be for you. But for someone who needed help cleaning a 500sq ft apartment, I strongly advise avoiding them for smaller projects. This whole ordeal has caused so much mental and financial stress in my life during an already vulnerable time. I am so, so mad at myself for trusting this company. I deeply regret it and it's the first thing I think about every morning when I wake up. I feel so stupid and hopeless right now. Please avoid this company and do not make the same mistake I did :(

If you're still reading, I highly recommend hiring a taskrabbit or confiding in a friend to help you! It can be overwhelming at first, but you will feel so much better once it's done! Just don't be like me and lose $2,000 in the process.
