A&B Carpet did a great job with the installation of a new coco mat in our vestibule. From dealing with Jackie on the quote for the work to the installation by their expert installer Nefi, A&B was a pleasure to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I simply had to post a review. I looked around for new carpeting for my steps. When I initially called I spoke to very nice phone representative. She said somebody can come over show me some samples and give me a free estimate. The next day someone came over measured show me the samples and gave me such a good price I booked the installation. Fast forward installation was done yesterday and I am so very happy. The job was done so well at professionally I had them stretch my mother's 2 rooms of carpets. Amazing experience. Highly recommended

They ruined our forty plus year old Turkish Kilim by causing extensive color bleeding. They’ve been belligerent over the phone with our complaint and have taken no responsibility. They claim there was color bleeding already. However, the rug came back with new bleeding of great areas now totally pink. Stay away from this rug cleaner

They did a good job cleaning our rugs, picked them up and dropped them off. We did have some repairs that was done on one rug and that took over a month. But overall they did a good job.

A and B Carpet NY cleaned an old family rug, mostly sentimental in value. They were very conscientious and called me about a fragile side. I gave the go ahead, and the cleaning result was perfect -- clean and brightened, feels good to the touch, and the charm of an antique rug intact. I will absolutely go to A and B Carpet NY again!

A and B has always been amazing. Whenever I’ve needed cleaning for my carpet or my fabric chairs, they’ve come the next day and always at my convenience. Their work is wonderful and their customer service is fantastic. So happy I found them and I will continue using them. I’ve recommended the company to family members.

They gave me an estimate on the phone and when they came to confirm the estimate and pick up the rugs, it ended up being well more than double what I had been quoted.

The rugs took twice as long to clean as I had been told (two weeks instead of one week).

Most importantly, despite promising me that the stains on my area rug would be removed, none of them were. I had two thinner, longer rugs also cleaned and they came back smaller. I was told no water would be used, but whatever process they used shortened my rugs (the rug runners are now several inches longer than my rugs).

I’m extremely disappointed in this service and feel like I was the victim of a bait & switch. I will not return and encourage you to look elsewhere !

This is the second time I have used them. I have a beautiful rug that I bought in Pakistan. I love it,so so did my little dog who ruined it or so I thought. I spoke to Jackie who I found to be energenic, honest and direct-made no promises, but when it came back it was beautiful-just a wonderful job on a difficult problem and my dog learned his lesson.

This business has unreliable business hours. Forget their posted times, they open and close whenever they feel like

First of all they are so rude
Second they don’t have no hours listed for anyone to know what time they open or close
Third the whole phone set up don’t make no sense the whole screening call thing

I don’t know why my package got sent here but I really wish it didn’t cause that Caribbean lady is unprofessional.

One of the ladies seemed bothered by my presence of picking up my package. She told me to just use the temperature gun as if I’m supposed to automatically know how to use it. Why UPS delivered my package here I don’t know, but the next time my package gets routed here and it’s not essential, ups will just have to send it back. There’s no need for the rudeness because the wrong person will come in here with clout and put the business under.

Disgusting , just absolutely disgusting . First of all , my package gets magically dropped off at this place . And while calling them , this lady picks up like you’re an inconvenience to her and she goes , “ just open the front door “ . There isn’t any sign or anything so Goodluck finding your package. Seems like this whole thing is a setup and sketchy cuz how do you have a business and don’t have the right info online ? I never asked for my package to be sent to this place . If you’re the business owner reading this , change your attitude , life’s too short for that. If you’re an employee of that place , or the woman who clearly has no type of courtesy , may god bless you to see that your attitude is not the best and you need to change your ways !

Great job cleaning our carpets. We had dirt from shoes, some small spills, and general wear, and they handled it all very well. The carpets look brighter and feel much cleaner now.

My fur baby pee was smelling terrible on my wall to walk carpets and I had to call this company they use eco friendly products and my carpets are so soft and shiny

I actually tried cleaning my rug myself last year and made it worse, so this time I went for proper Persian rug cleaning. Big difference. The rug looks cleaner and doesn’t have those uneven patches anymore. Definitely not doing DIY again.

This company did a fantastic job cleaning my hand-knotted Isfahan rug. The reds and blues became much more vibrant after the Persian rug cleaning. It honestly looks far newer now.

Just want to say thank you to the great team who made my old Oriental rug look brand new.
