This review isn’t for the service. It’s for the fact that an employee who is from this company, using one of Right Way’s trucks was caught on camera littering in front of my house — a box, a trash bag, and a can. As a cleaning service, you should know better than to litter in front of someone’s house and then drive away. In addition, the trash can was not that far away which you could have easily used. No one should have to clean up after anyone’s mess, especially not a cleaning service’s mess!

As for me, I’ll never use this company for any service after what I’ve seen.

I really don't have enough time to do all the carpet cleaning and so having Dominos Carpet Cleaning do the job for me makes my life easier! I couldn't be more satisfied with the results.

Do not use. Terrible job, no stains came out and now my carpet absolutely stinks after 5 days of drying. Manager was so rude and unhelpful and told me it would cost a further $120 to fix the smell that his team gave my carpets because they obviously weren’t cleaned and dried properly. He aggressively talked over the top of me, wouldn’t listen and made excuse after excuse about how it’s my fault then told me he’s going to hang up because we’re not getting anywhere. My carpets are only 3 years old and in good condition just wanted a freshen up for them and now they are worse than before.

We are extremely pleased with our experience with the Dominos Carpet Cleaning & Restoration of Borough Park Inc team. When they came into our house, they chatted with us and informed us the do's and don'ts with carpet care which I found very informative. They proceeded with their work and I was really impressed with the results. They did very well!
