We had an incredible experience with Prime! I had a super last minute request and Julia coordinated all the details super effective and quick. The cleaning was great. The guys even cleaned an inside glass door. I would definitely hire them again.
I like to plan ahead and scheduling more than 2 weeks ahead seems a little bit more difficult for their system, so we needed to reschedule closer to the date. We ended up finding a great time that worked out perfectly.

I used Prime Window Cleaning twice already for an office space with over 20 windows between two floors, situated on a main Brooklyn street - so the windows get very dirty very quickly. They do great work, are responsive, have great customer service, and we will continue to use them for our window cleaning needs!

What a find! They did a phenomenal job, cleaning the large windows, especially the difficult screens which many other companies often won’t clean. The office handled scheduling and processing a COI in record time. The guys arrived early and were a pleasure to deal with. Definitely five stars!

We have a greenhouse which is a tough job and they clean it beautifully. Ialso want to praise the office, which is very responsive and helpful in arranging the service and answering questions. Prime Windows is very easy to work with. They came out the same day I called and gave me a quote within one day. They scheduled the work and communication with the office was pleasant and efficient. They arrived on time and worked very diligently on my power washing and window cleaning. All areas look so much better and are very clean.
