We used this company to clean brand new shirts that have been worn once. They were white when we gave them to them and just needed to be laundered since they had been worn. When we picked them up, several of the shirts had a black mark on them and in the same spot. I said something to the man and he kept talking in another language very fast and not understandable. He understood what I was showing him and he was not happy about it. He made me feel very uncomfortable. Then a lady that worked there got involved, seemingly the owner. She discouragingly said "We will fix it" as she was angry about it and gave dirty looks and unpleasant comments..

Worst cleaners in Brooklyn , my shirts came back more wrinkled than they were before

When she pinned my sleeves, she wanted to make them shorter but I explained my preference to have a bit longer. She pinned according to my request. When picked up, she cut them too short. This happened more than once. Instead of apologizing when I politely pointed it out, she yelled at me. Very rude. Not a good tailor. Not even a good cleaner. Plus the place smells terrible. Go elsewhere.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I had a very unpleasant experience. The woman working there was extremely rude and unprofessional. I simply changed my mind about leaving my belongings, and instead of handling the situation politely, she started raising her voice and told me to leave.

This is one of the worst tailor spots ever. I came to get a dress let out and before I even got a chance to speak the lady immediately said no I can’t do that. I asked her did she even know what I was asking her and she said no. I then said then how do you know you can’t do it if I didn’t even get a chance to ask. She just kept saying no. She was so nasty and so rude. I even stated that there was a communication problem and asked what language they spoke so I can get a translation and the lady in there completely shut me down. I notice that they only really catered to the Jewish community. So if you are black or other race. Do not go there!!!!!
