After meeting with several renovation companies, we chose to work with Lawrence and his company, Bolo Clean. Lawrence presented the most cost-efficient option for our kitchen renovation in the Upper West Side in NYC. He is also deeply knowledgeable in the field. Lawrence met with us at our house to discuss the renovation project multiple times. Lawrence was always willing to give us his opinion regarding colors, appliances hardware, etc. and guide us throughout the process. Lawrence is a straightforward person, who always gives an honest opinion. As with any major renovations there were minor issues that were quickly corrected. The finished product looked incredible and I highly recommend Bolo Clean.

Last January I had to redo a part of my house, and the Bolo clean company came with all the equipments and got the job done very fast, and well. I couldn’t be any more happier with the the renovation. They were dedicated and they knew what they were doing also. I would highly recommend the Bolo Clean company team with anybody that needs anything in the house fixed. They’re a great team ! Should definitely look forward to them.

Disappointing experience: Lawrence quoted $1500 in person for a deep clean on 2 x 2-bed/1 bath units, but we received an invoice for $2600. Felt like an expensive bait and switch. They even cleaned the mechanical room, which we never asked for. Lawrence justified the price increase because "the radiator needed cleaning", and one person took 5 hours to clean one of the kitchens. I am including a "before" photo of the oven in that kitchen, which I was told is what was time-consuming to the worker. The kitchen had been previously emptied and didn't have large spills, stains or debris. It was a bit dusty, but otherwise in normal living condition. I think there was just a huge disconnect in terms of expectations vs delivery. They were fine otherwise. But the price was not what we discussed, they didn't tell me about any issues on the day of that would cause such a price increase (even while I was there in person), and I genuinely didn't see much of a difference for all the hours spent. To me it was not worth it for the kind of cleaning we needed and had discussed.

I recently renovated my fairly large home in Manhattan Beach, Crystal Rain Window Cleaners came out with 3 guys spend 4-5 hours cleaning the windows, screens, and solarium. They also pressure washed my sidewalk and driveway. Great bunch of guys. I'm very satisfied, and would definitely recommend to all

I recently had three rugs cleaned and was very impressed at how silky they felt. They look fantastic and clean and they are incredibly knowledgeable about oriental rugs in general. Reliable on time, and mindful about furniture and rug placement in a room to avoid damage.

Master Rug Cleaning and Repair cleaned all of our extremely nasty pet-stained area rugs. They look brand new, and they've coordinated new mats for each rug. The damaged rugs, as well as other rugs, were repaired. They picked up and delivered our carpets and placed them in the designated locations. We would hire Master Rug Cleaning and Repair again for all rug cleaning and repair needs. They were great.

What a fantastic set of guys! I recently visited Master Rug Cleaning and Repair with five different pieces to be cleaned. A handful of my Persian rugs are between ten and fifteen years old. They cleaned all five carpets in the traditional method, bringing out all of the colors that I thought were faded out. Is it truly lovely to look at? They also mended the ends of my oldest and most valuable rug, re-sowing it and strengthening the edges. Thank you very much. I'll be back.
