I'm in process of moving and have light carpets in my new place. We weren't sure the stains would come out but prime carpet cleaning did an excellent job getting the stains out. Carpet looks fresh, clean, and bright. Was really happy with the fact that all of their products are non toxic. Not to mention that the price was literally unbeatable (we got quotes for double the price). The gentleman that worked with us was so nice- made me happy to have given them my business. Definitely recommend !

No-show. I scheduled an appointment, for which I received a confirmation email and text message. The day of the appointment, nobody showed up. I sent an email and a text message as instructed in the confirmation email to understand what the issue was, and nobody responded either. Very unprofessional service.

Found Novanna cleaning on Google, booked a deep clean with window cleaning add-on option. They arrived on time and left the apartment spotless. Highly recommended!
