We have used rainbow for three cleanings now. Each time they have gone above and beyond. Prices are fair, they show up on time, and have remained extremely respectful to our belongings and living space. Highly recommend.

I have been using Lazy Susan’s cleaning service at least once a week and sometimes more for over a year. The app is so easy and fast and I book whatever I need for whatever I need and 100% of the time someone shows up and cleans my apartment and it’s immaculately clean every time. They take all of the sheets and towels to the laundry mat and pick up the clean ones to make the beds. It makes life so easy. Michael the owner is unbelievably helpful and accommodating if I need something extra or to make a change. I can recommend enough. So grateful to have this service.

I 100% depend upon Lazy Susan's to help me keep my apartment clean! They are AWESOME, dependable, good communicators, speedy, smart, flexible and do great work. After several undependable and/or somewhat sloppy housekeeping services, I hope to never have to look for another one. These guys are great, and when I have a special request they handle that too, all with reasonable fees. And if you call with a question or need help - Michael (the owner) will actually pick up the phone (or answer your text). Amazing, right?

I was excited to use Lazy Susans cleaning service as the reviews were all very good. The process to book was very easy and both the chat agents and the phone agents were quick and responsive. I chose a move/in out package with additional add on for additional closets in the apartment.

The entire apartment was empty - no furniture as we were moving in on Tuesday. Lazy Susan sent 2 women - who arrived promptly on the Sunday morning before the move.

We gave them our number and told us to call when done. Just a couple of minutes to 1pm, they called.
The space is small so I didn't think they'd need the whole 8 hours that was quoted on the website at the time of booking but I surely thought it would take more than 4 hours as the place had a lot of dirt/grime to get out.

Anyway, upon entrance it looked good on the surface and smelled good. One of the very noticeable paint splatters on the wood floor in the living room was cleaned and the majority of the rust on the stainless steel refrigerator was taken off.
Again on the surface everything looked fine.

On Tuesday when we moved in is when I noticed issues with the clean.
The biggest one was inside the kitchen cabinets. All the hinges inside were still dirty, and I passed along a rag with Fantastic Spray, it came up dirty still and with dead bugs - and those bugs you can tell were dead a while which means the cleaning crew did not thoroughly clean the cabinets through.
The stove had some spots of paint splatter that I feel could have been scraped off if done correctly - which I did end up doing myself

The top of the mirror in the bathroom where the light bulbs are was not cleaned at all.
There was stuff that needed to be swept on either side of the vanity in the bathroom that was not swept.

We still tipped the women because they did perform a service after all. But for $490 I expected a more thorough, deep clean for a move in package.

There is a commitment by the company that if we are not satisfied with our clean to contact within 48 hours but as it was Tuesday afternoon, that time frame had passed. Our move in general had been very stressful and having them return while we are now actively moving things in and having our kids running around would have been an inconvenience .

In the future I will not likely be using the services.

Lazy Susan's are very professional and courteous, and let's talk about the actual cleaning service. The lady was very humble, she got right to the task, and she used the time efficiently. The house was spotless when she was done. I will use and recommend this service.

This was my 1st time using Lazy Susans cleaning service and my cleaner was Khalil, and I can say they did not disappoint! Khalil did an AMAZING JOB cleaning my 1-bedroom apartment in Brooklyn. I honestly can't remember my apartment ever looking so good! He was on-time, courteous, trustworthy, fast, and efficient. We booked a COVID sanitizing deep clean, and we were beyond pleased with the job that Khalil did. I have used other cleaning services in the past, but truly have not been as pleased with the clean as much as Lazy Susans. I can't recommend them enough and will definitely be a regular customer!

What great cleaners! There is nothing lazy about Lazy Susans…they showed great attention to detail and after they left, our big, cranky old house looked sparkling! The cleaners were super friendly (even to our two dogs!)—courteous, efficient, hardworking…they ticked every box. And the customer service can’t be beat. The owner, Michael, is extremely hands on, and very concerned with making sure you are satisfied…before, during, and after. We tried many other services and individuals, and were so impressed with Lazy Susans that we’ve signed on for regular cleanings with them! I couldn’t recommend them enough.

We first used Lazy Susans for a move-out clean, and we actually weren't at the apartment when they came, but my previous landlord reached out to me to let me know that they did an amazing job, and that the two cleaners were so kind and friendly. So we hired them again at our new apartment, and I can personally confirm that they do an amazing job, and they're so friendly. I will definitely be hiring Lazy Susans again in the future.

First off let me just say that the Lazy Susans Cleaning website was so easy to navigate. I was able to book a session quickly and even locked it in for the very next day. I ordered the deep cleaning service and Lazy Susans Cleaning definitely exceeded all expectations. I can see my walls again, my baseboard heaters are dust free and look new, my windows and blinds are spotless, all those hard to reach places that have never been cleaned are finally clean, my shower curtain liner was cleaned, the shower tiles are sparkling, and the whole apartment is honestly the cleanest it's ever been since I have lived here. Michael, the CEO of the company provided great customer service and let me know when the cleaner was arriving and finished, as well as followed up with me to make sure I was happy.
