We booked this cleaning service for "Post-Renovations Cleaning" including cleaning the walls of the apartment. Lazy Susan's had a very easy to use website for booking. They were also responsive when we asked questions about the COI. Most importantly, the cleaning service was incredible. We had 2 cleaners come from 9am-3pm. Everything was immaculately cleaned and respectfully put back into place! Our apartment was no small feat to clean, as there was stuff everywhere covered in dry wall dust. They did such an incredible job, we cannot thank you enough. Absolutely recommend using Lazy Susans for a cleaning of any kind!!

Lazy Susans is GREAT! We wouldn’t be able to manage our Airbnb with out their great cleaning team. Paula is our favorite but even when she is not available they always send someone more than capable of doing a great job.

We had a flood in our apartment that was pretty gross. Brought in a lot of nasty stuff with it and after we had it dried and sanitized, we hired Lazy Susans Cleaning to deep clean our apt. Nancy came and did a fantastic job. The apartment has never been cleaner. She went above and beyond to make sure the home was fresh and clean for us to return home to. Well worth the price!!

I used lazy Susan's for a few months last year when work became overwhelmingly busy and we needed help cleaning our one bedroom apartment. I've never had a someone come clean my apartment before in my life and they made it so seamless. Each cleaner who came was professional friendly on time and very detailed. They would ask if we wanted the sheets changed or any other little things done and would do it with care. I even referred them to my mom who equally had a great experience and kept sending me pictures of how clean and neat everything was afterwards. She was in awe of how good a job it was.

Great service, the customer reps on the phone Frankie and Queenie were very nice and were able to help me with our bookings all the time. I loved the one who actually cleaned my apartment. She was very sweet and did an amazing job. However, when I talked to Frank from the side that bills and emails - it was a terrible experience. Extremely rude tone from the get go and was honestly pretty useless when I asked a question and kept trying to sell me more services even though I had already covered all of what I needed with my initial booking.

I just had my Brooklyn studio apartment cleaned and am so pleased with the result. The cleaner was polite, hardworking, and provided a far more thorough cleaning for my apartment than other cleaning services I've tried in NYC and Chicago. I was working in my apartment for the entire duration of the clean and my cleaner was considerate yet so efficient. I only usually book a cleaning 1-2 times a year but it will be hard to not book more often knowing how great this service is!! Also, I did a deep dive on pricing before I booked and found this was the best value out there. I expect to see a Lazy Susans cleaner again soon.

Lazy Susans Cleaning Service clean our home every 2 weeks. We have been using them for the last 4 years and have always been very happy with their work. I never had a bad experience with their house cleaning service. 100% recommend. The owner Mihalis is incredible and runs a very successful business. He says it as it is and is very passionate about he’s cleaners and they love working for him. He’s not scared to speak he’s mind which is what we want.

I booked a standard cleaning service with Lazy Susan's and was so impressed! My cleaner arrived early, was incredibly professional and kind, and did one of the best standard house cleanings I have ever had. Everything was so shiny and spotless when it was completed. She even cleaned my air conditioner without being asked! Great job for the money, and I will absolutely book with this service (and probably with the same cleaner too) again!

The lazy Susan cleaning service is aptly named — it’s a lazy cleaning. We paid for a very expensive deep clean of our apartment and it wasn’t even surface cleaned by the two women the company sent. Would never recommend this to anyone and the company should honestly be embarrassed by the work done. Use literally any other cleaning service.
