At first the cleaning services representative was helpful and booked my appointment. Then the day of cleaning, they cancelled last minute. The cleaners were suppose to arrive between 12-2PM and it was cancelled at 1:50PM. I even followed up at 12:20 and I was told I will get a response back but yet I did not hear back. At 1:50 when I followed up again they asked if they can call me but then continued to text stated that they attempted to call me and they had to cancel. I was told the cleaner had a heart attack and they had to be taken to the hospital. As a professional the service should have been cancelled at 12 not close to 2PM on New Year’s Eve. I would never trust their services again!
