Great experience, cleaned my commercial 8ft tall windows. They were a mess, as it’s a new build so they were full of paint and tape. Okil is very meticulous and took his time getting them clean of all the debris. Fair pricing and prompt service. Will be using them for my monthly cleanings.

Awesome experience. Great communication, came on time, very respectful and perfect job done! Did my gutters and power wash, and exterior windows and even found a plant growing in my gutter! They also sent pictures along the way.

We had the team clean our townhouse’s windows (inside and out) and was very pleased with the entire experience. The windows had not been cleaned on the exterior for 4 years.

Our interactions setting up the appointment was very easy and clear. They provided us with an accurate estimate and proof of insurance. On-site they were very polite and well prepared. We felt very comfortable with them in our home.

We have never had our apartment this clean! The cleaning team was very professional, respectful and detail oriented. We were so happy with the results that we will have them coming back bi-weekly!

They sent two cleaners who worked fairly slowly and only managed to clean one bedroom and one bathroom in 2.5 hours then cleaning a kitchen and mopping a small area took another 90 minutes. They didn’t an okay job at organizing but wouldn’t call them again if I needed my house cleaned. I was told to tell them what I wanted them to focus on, but they didn’t really listen to me. Not very efficient, not good value for the cost in my opinion.

I’ve tried a few cleaning companies before, but Cleaning Laboratory truly stands out. The team was efficient, respectful, and made my apartment sparkle — even my oven looks brand new! Super happy I found them. 💫
