Their window cleaning service is incredible! They were in and out in about an hour, and our 12 windows look spotless and so clear. Everything from the estimate quoting process to the actual service was seamlessly smooth and fast. The crew as well as the office management team are friendly and efficient. To top it off, the pricing was reasonable and didn't have any hidden added costs. I loved that the price did not change from the initial estimated quote and that the quote gave us a clear break-down of prices. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for window cleaning services.

I've used Total Window Service to clean the interior and exterior of 15 oversized double-hung windows. This was for my office, and I should also add that our building had specific requirements for letting vendors in. It was a busy week, and I confirmed with Total Window Service the day before to have those windows cleaned. Not only could they fulfill our building requirement, but the crew of 2 people did a quick, thorough, and overall fantastic job. I will use them again next time our windows need a good clean.

I really wish I took before and after photos because of the difference in my apartment windows was amazing! Very easy to schedule an appointment (could have done it the next day if I wanted), services and price were exactly as quoted, they took off shoes, put on shoe covers before entering without being asked and kept my surfaces protected. They worked efficiently and professionally. Will definitely use them again.

I had a complicated job to re-seal the windows on my solarium on the UWS. It was difficult to access the job but Andriy and his crew were able to use a rope system to get it done. Four other window companies turned down the work as "too difficult". Total Window not only got the job done on time but at the best price of any service I spoke with. I was very satisfied with every stage of the process: the initial phone conversation, to the quoting process, the in-person job review and especially the execution of the re-sealing work. I can't complain about a single issue. Andriy could teach a course to other contractors on "how to please a customer". Very much recommend and happy to discuss.

Very impressive window cleaning! We hadnt had our windows cleaned in about 2 years. We have window bars that cannot be opened as well and the team was able to clean the windows with no problem. We have 3 very large 9 foot windows but it only took them less than an hour to finish the job, we were very impressed and happy with their service yesterday. Will definitely call them for more service as we need it!

I've never used a professional window cleaning service before. In my apartment building, we have no choice. Total Window Service was one of the companies recommended by our co-op management company so I checked out their website and sent a request to schedule a cleaning. I heard back the same day and was able to schedule an appointment for the following week. Two gentlemen arrived on the scheduled date about 2 hours early and asked if it would be OK to clean the windows then. I was ready so they proceeded. They carefully moved my belongings out of the way, placed a large mat on the carpet for their tools and began to work. They finished 4 windows in about 35 minutes and did an amazing job - the windows are absolutely spotless. After they allowed me to inspect, they closed the blinds and carefuly replaced my belongings. The guys were courteous and professional and the price really reasonable. I recommend Total to anyone.
