Stumbled on this company by accident and wow. Such an amazing job that was done. The sofa is shining and dust free. Just like when it was delivered. I highly recommend them! Don’t wast your money on super expensive cleaners they actually do it better for the fraction of the price. Their machines is narrow which means it’s great for those narrow NYC apartments. Something everyone should do to keep their sofa clean and fresh all year around.

I got the “light clean” package for $129. Prepaid $56 online (with tax) and $80 cash + $20 tip.

Couch looks cleaner and smells good too. It had one small grease stain which is gone and overall looks much brighter.

Took around 24hrs to dry completely (although technician said 4-6hr per side)

I would not advise anyone to book with this company. The technician came and stayed for 40 minutes for a service that should take longer. After he left I inspected the couch and it was SOAKING wet and there was no difference in color or texture of the couch. It looks like it was just sprayed and nothing else. I passed my own Bissell upholstery machine to extract the water, and the water was coming out dark. I raised an issue with customer service and before reading into my situation I was being of accused of scamming. I tried to back my situation with picture and videos and everything was disregarded. This is a very unprofessional company I do not have to time to scam. I just would appreciate receiving the service that I paid for and not being accused of scamming when I have an issue. Truly upset because there are so many good reviews and my couch is still dirty.

I couldn’t be happier or more impressed with the service that I received today from Almaz a very experienced technician with this company. I ordered the service as a surprise for my daughter, she has two young children, a large dog, and a couch that really needed a little TLC.
I thought the price quoted was very reasonable, which included the large couch and ottoman and a rug . Almaz arrived on time and was courteous and professional throughout the visit. He worked virtually nonstop and was able to extract a quite shocking amount of dirt from the couch. I would not hesitate to recommend this service to a friend , but I would insist that they ask for this technician who I can personally vouch for.
I’m including before and after photos so that you could be as amazed as I was. The couch is still damp in the after pictures so is darker than it will be when it dries, but it is a massive improvement overall.

The technician was unprofessional and dismissive. I watched him work and he didn't even bother with the rest of the back couch, even though I sat and chatted with him, observing his work. He left streaks on our couch, assuring us it they'd be gone tomorrow after the couch dried. It didn't.

Their advertising made our couch look like an easy job for them, to which the technician said "well that's just advertising."

- refuses to acknowledge incomplete and substandard work
- contradicts his own 100% money back guarantee with after-the-fact disclaimers that absolve him of all responsibility. He offered a 2nd cleaning, but with the same technician, presumably so another of his more experienced employees doesn't question the company's past work
- insults the state of our couch (which we bought used, thus the cleaning)
- attempted to gaslight us into believing the couch was streaked before we hired his company
- accused us of attempting to defraud them after bringing these complaints

Other reviewers report similar experiences: dismissive communication, refusal to take responsibility, and aggressive posturing when results didn’t meet expectations.

The carpet didn’t seem too dirty, maybe a little musky but when they showed me the dirty water from the cleaning afterward I was terrified. Anyway, make sure to get your carpets cleaned, they literally absorb everything in your house. Now our apartment smells so much better and the carpet looks great!
