Dimitri did a great job cleaning my couch. He came in on time and it took exactly as long as they said it would. My original appointment was scheduled for last week but they had to reschedule last minute because another job was running over. They gave me a slight discount to account for the inconvenience. Overall I’d recommend them and use them again.

If I can give zero stars I would. I spoke with the person and explained to him it’s two hundred inches and very big U sectional sofa, on the day of the appointment one man comes with a craftsman industrial vacuum I paid almost 500 dollars and it was never soaked properly he had a hard time moving the sofa and I had to tell r u going to touch the back of the sofa otherwise he didn’t plan on touching it but all he did was dry vaccum the back. I was so sad as a single mom that’s hard earned money. I told him this wasn’t a one man job and how I feel I didn’t get my moneys worth just talking to him not screaming he proceeds to disrespect me and call me a scammer. Like the man is not even professional never got my money back or any type of compensation. If you guys want to save yourself the trouble I suggest buying a machine on Amazon from Dyson, shark, or Brissel and doing it yourself at home… horrible couldn’t even communicate with the guy I also have screenshots of the conversation and before and after pictures!! It’s ridiculous all I wanted was my sofa properly cleaned smh

Technician arrived in designated time, and was very polite and thoughtful. More protective covers over his shoes and went straight to work on both of my couches. He was here for about 62 minutes and let me see each couch after it was finished and the amount of dirt that came off of it, which was incredible. He could not have been more courteous or professional. I highly recommend the service for any cleaning you need done in your house. Very reasonable price !! And now my house smells terrific!!

Upon arrival the Technician, Rahim was very kind and professional. I have a sofa sectional and area rug that needed deep cleaning. The company uses non toxic, safe organic products. The shampoo and steam vacuum penetrated through the oily dog stains and food stains. All stains were completely lifted with Rahim's expert hand. The area rug also needed deep cleaning care. The dog odor and foot traffic smell was lifted with the shampoo and steam suction. I was pleasantly surprised with the outcome. Rahim was very thorough and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend using this service.

I hired this company based on their great reviews, but my experience was disappointing. The service was advertised as odor removal with a 14-day guarantee, and I was told the smell would likely be gone after treatment. Unfortunately, the odor returned quickly, and when I reached out for help, the communication was dismissive and unprofessional.

I was later told there was a disclaimer that odor removal isn’t guaranteed I but I never received it because they didn’t ask for my email until after the service. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, I was blamed and spoken to disrespectfully.

I tried to handle things directly and politely, but the lack of accountability and poor customer service speaks volumes. I wouldn’t recommend them based on my experience.

Sohaib was the BEST. He made our sofa look brand new, and cared for every single corner and hard to reach spot. I’ve never seen it look this good!

Provided great service. Mattress had brown and yellow stains from coffee and toddler pee stains. Mattress is good as new now. I would highly recommend this service. Well worth the money.

Let me start by saying that I’ve used this company before and had an amazing experience. However, I recently reached out for a quote on my larger sectional, and the experience was quite different this time. I believe I was speaking with the owner, and when I mentioned that the price was a bit out of my budget and that I planned to look around for more affordable options, he responded by sending me a screenshot of another customer who had said the same thing but later regretted not going with his company.

While I understand that business is business, I don’t think it’s appropriate to try to guilt someone into choosing your service—especially after they’ve been transparent about their financial situation. On top of that, sharing someone else’s private messages, even without names, felt unprofessional and a bit off-putting
