I just used Total Window Service and they did an excellent job. You don't realize how dirty you windows are until they are cleaned. I emailed Total Window Service on a Wed asking if it's at all possible they'd be able to come on Fri (just 2 days later) to clean my apartment windows. Not only did they respond to my email in exactly 4-minutes, they were able to accommodate the short notice request and send someone for Fri.

When Dmitry arrived, he already had his shoe slippers on in order to keep my floors clean. And when my dog rushed to greet him, he was very kind and patient, explaining how he loves all animals.

During the cleaning, Dmitry was very careful not to make a mess. And when finished, he offered to move the furniture back that I had pushed away from the window to allow him easier access.

Dmitry and Total Window Service did an excellent job. I won't hesitate to use them again.

Excellent service-very professional. Also money saver! Got bids to power wash brick facades on two side by side, 5 story brownstone co-op buildings. They proposed the rope system instead of expensive scaffolding used by other bidders. Total Window’s method saved us time and money. The job was done in a day from start to finish. They also power tested a spot to determine the right pressure to use for the job. These 100 year old buildings look brand new with no damaging impact to the brick and mortar. Their office also responds to calls and emails the same day-thanks Anastasia. My recommendation to employ their services comes with the highest praise for workmanship and professionalism.

Total Window Service did an exceptional job installing UV film on over 100 panes of glass in a duplex private home. They erected scaffolding with care, completed work from a precarious angle, and left the space spotless. Whether it was small single panes, sets of double doors/sky lighting, or the interior of a literal clock tower, their team completed pristine work without any bubbling and the overall effect and impact has been impressive. The window washers were prompt, early in fact. The windows were cleaned both by hand and then with their tools. Our windows hadn't been cleaned in
over a decade and they are now spotless. It took a lot of elbow grease but these guys did a great job and took great care with my house. I recommend this company highly.

Total Window Service installed privacy film on a glass conference room wall in our NYC corporate office. We were extremely pleased with their service. The results are exactly what we were hoping for. Would absolutely work with them again in the future!
