Hands down the best cleaning company I have ever worked with in NYC. My home is immaculate!! Evelin’s attention to detail is insane. I’m beyond happy.

We are quite thrilled with the services and the experience from Brook-Clean. From the very beginning, it was clear we were dealing with professionals. The cleaning service was absolutely thorough. They organized every inch of our three bedroom condo, cleaned crevices, put things away where they belonged (!), and worked unbelievably quickly. I could not recommend this business any more than I do. Also, the founder and owner of the business is absolutely lovely which was just a nice touch.

Brook-clean is amazing! Used them for a deep clean at my grandfather's house and the service was professional, courteous, and great. The workers were kind and the owner is outstanding; she really makes sure the job was done well and the clients' needs were met. We will definitely be using Brook-clean again 🙂

We love Brook-Clean. Friendly, responsive and responsible. Great value. Easy to communicate with. Hard-working. To be clear: Yes, they do interior windows though - obviously - only accessible exterior windows. And, for a few extra $$$ they will clean refrigerators and ovens. We used them for a deep clean when we first moved in, and they've helped us maintain ever since. Highly recommended.

I contacted Brook-Clean for a deep cleaning of my apartment and I am very pleased with the results! Zsuzsa is friendly, meticulous, and a true professional! She helped schedule my appointment, answered all of my questions, and did a great job with the cleaning. My entire apartment smells fresh and looks brand new. This was my first experience with Brook-Clean and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Scheduling our biweekly clean was a breeze. They were able to accommodate the day and time of our choice and come and go while we’re at work. Niki is fabulous and coming home to our clean apartment is the best feeling. We feel that she is thorough, quick, and considerate, taking care to move around decor pieces, etc. while cleaning. Brook-clean is worth every penny and more. We’re so, so pleased with their service for the past six months! Highly recommend.

I retained Brook-Clean from across the country to help my Aunt with a deep clean of her apartment in Brooklyn. The communication with Brook-Clean's owner was amazing, timely and efficient. The cleaner, Barbara, showed up on time, interacted with my Aunt (my Aunt absolutely loved her), thoroughly cleaned the apartment, including a deep 3 hour refrigerator clean. Very satisfied and would highly recommend Brook-Clean.

What started off as a good experience with Brook Clean for about 3+ months completely dissolved after they sent a new person that smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke I had to leave the apartment. When we notified Zsuzsa of this (the manager/owner) instead of acknowledging our experience, she became defensive, accusatory towards us, and did not take responsibility or offer to remedy the situation in any way. I was quite shocked considering we'd had a relatively good experience until then. A screenshot from the email we received below for reference.

Helen came and did a much needed deep clean of our apartment, which had not been professionally cleaned since before Covid. Not only did she leave the apartment absolutely spotless, but she was also so pleasant. She was extremely thorough and efficient as well. She did such a fantastic job that we are going to have her back monthly. The owner was also very responsive and helpful when we needed to reschedule. I highly recommend Brook-clean!

I highly recommend Brook-Clean. We hired them to do a post construction clean of a 4 story home, and a move out clean of a 2 bedroom apartment.
They did an excellent job at both homes. The best I’ve seen. The owner Zsuzsa was very responsive, professional and friendly, which made the moving process less stressful for us. 5 stars!!

I’ve been working with Brook Clean for monthly cleanings for the past year! Each cleaner is so kind and considerate. I have most recently been working with Bettina, and she is truly amazing! So attentive, thorough, and sweet. She always leaves small special touches, like folding the toilet paper edge nicely. So grateful! ❤️

Barbara Farkas came to my apartment yesterday and did a really dazzling job -- especially with the refrigerator that had gotten totally out of control. After her thorough cleaning, the refrigerator looks brand new now! Barbara also did a magnificent job in the bathroom and a great job dusting and cleaning in the other rooms. Barbara is a very lovely person who is a joy to have around. I highly recommend her for any kind of cleaning in the home.

Yesterday Evelyn Radi came to my apartment and did a really wonderful job cleaning the bathroom, kitchen, dining room, and living room. She also helped me set up new things for the kitchen and helped me get the info I needed to order a rack for the refrig. Evelyn is a doll and I highly recommend her for any kind of cleaning in the home.

Emilia came to my apartment on February 6 and did a spectacular job cleaning and dusting. She is a lovely person and I highly recommend her!

Evelin did a wonderful job cleaning, especially because she came on a day with a temperature over 90 degrees and only a fan to cool things down! She had a great attitude about the heat situation and did her job well.

We went for the deep clean first as we had had several months go by since our last cleaning. Zsuzsanna was also very prompt and professional when coordinating our appointment. Highly recommend!
