Highly recommend Brook-Clean! I’ve hired them for deep clean and regular cleaning appointments. The staff is very nice and pet-friendly. They are flexible and accommodating with scheduling.

Highly recommend Brook-Clean. I have used them for both maintenance cleans (every 3-4 weeks) and a deep clean before moving into our new place. Csongor & Barbara have cleaned our apartment - both were prompt, communicative (letting me know they needed a product for next time, or a suggestion for how to clean something on my own) & very professional. I've found Brook-Clean to be much more thorough than other cleaners I've used in the past, making them great value for money. Coordinating cleanings is very easy - Zsuzsa is quick to reply and answer any questions.

I won a discounted cleaning service at a street fair and couldn't be happier with the results. Even if I had paid full price it was definitely worth it! Our apartment hasn't been this clean since we moved in.

Evelyn did an amazing job for us! She did a move-out clean for us after we had lived in our home for 14 years. There was so much grime and grit under the furniture, it was mortifying. But she was really positive and went to work immediately. The result was sparkling and perfect. It was so nice to see the space so clean before we left. We'll definitely call on her again.

The first time I used Brook-Clean, it was great. This time was a complete letdown. The price was higher, and the cleaner even tried to tack on extra “add-on” costs, despite me clearly explaining the apartment layout (and them having cleaned in my building before).

I paid for a deep clean—instead, the place was barely touched. Dust everywhere, food stains still on the stove, bathroom not cleaned. My tenant had already moved in, so when the company offered to come back, it was too late. I had to hire another cleaner out of pocket.

They refused a refund, only offering to return my tip—which months later, I still haven’t received.

Do not use this service. Poor cleaning, poor communication, and zero accountability.

We needed to find a new cleaning service for our furnished rentals and required to get one of our apartments cleaned after the last tenants moved out. I booked Brook Clean to assist us and was quite happy with their cleaning service. Zsuzsa was extremely helpful, responsive and had great attention to detail which was everything we hoped to find. The space looked neat, clean and orderly after the job was done. I am grateful for their help and hope to book them again in the future.

Dorota was kind, sweet, thorough and very easy to communicate with. Dorota spent 6 hours for a deep cleaning, and of course did an amazing job. I felt comfortable having Dorota in my home and appreciated that she acknowledged that I love to cook and prioritized ensuring the kitchen was cleaned before the bathrooms.
