Wow! If I tell you that you don’t know how much you need a cleaning until you get it done and see the difference! SO PLEASED ! my couch went from dirty to brand new. They both arrived on time, put on shoe covers which for me that’s huge specially with kids in the house. They protected the floors and made sure that anything they used was okay.

They did their job thoroughly and effective. Very nice as well.

The chair swing in my son’s room was also very stained and dirty. They cleaned it and removed all the stains that they could! Loved their work and highly recommend them .

So satisfied! Seamless, easy, courteous and effective - from scheduling to completion. Our couch is brand new again, after years’ worth of toddler twin boys wreaking havoc. AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!!!!!! The process from beginning to end has been unbelievelably smooth! Unreal customer service. I messaged Pro Steam and they got back to me immediately and were at my house within 2 days of contacting them! They accommodated my tight schedule. I have a white couch that has had serveral stains that have gotten worse over the years and Tsyden was able to get them all out! I was hestitant about calling a company and even debated changing my couch, DO NOT HESITATE. Customer service, quality of cleanliness, and price are unbeatable. Extremely professional!!

Pro Steam Cleaning is an excellent service they showed up on time at 9am they cleaned 6 upholstered dining chairs and a 9x12 dining area rug I have a grandson who is not so neat while eating and they restored my dining room. they all look brand new. They are efficient, affordable and very kind. I will definitely be using again!!!

Tech was a bit late, and as I booked directly from instagram I was a bit worried. I didn’t realize he was coming from finishing another job and parking is also hard to find in my area.

It was well worth the wait! I didn’t think my carpet was repairable as it’s been in a high volume area subject to dirty stroller wheels and dog paws. I’m honestly shocked at how clean and new the carpet looks.

I’ve had my couch cleaned before so I was prepared for the result. It looks and smells great. For reference, it is a goose feather couch with performance linen fabric that I launder once annually. All the spots from my kids have vanished.
