They were fast, efficient and their services are really effective and reliable. You’ve changed my opinion on cleaning services and I will use your services again in the future. 🤘

I hired them as a surprise cleaning for a friend's house. The person who came to clean was ON TIME (actually arrived earlier than expected) and very thorough with the clean. My friend was soooo happy to come home to a clean and organized home. I would highly recommend them and will even consider using them for my home.

Galina has been coming to us every week for at least a year. We trust her completely—so much so that we sometimes leave her alone in our home. Every time we return, it feels like we’re walking into a five-star hotel. Everything is spotless and perfectly arranged—even our daughter’s usually messy bedroom looks amazingly clean! We recently finished renovating the house and called TopClean to do a post construction cleaning. A team of four cleaning ladies came to our house fully prepared to work their magic. I can’t say enough about their professionalism and dedication to their craft. With every hour that went by our house was getting cleaner and more organized. Five hours later my house returned to its glory days with sparkling floors, windows and countertops. The ladies also did an amazing job organizing my cabinets and closets. I am a client for life. I will be ordering by weekly cleaning just to keep my house sparkling as it did after the post construction cleaning. Thank you very much for the job well done.

I recently had a disappointing experience with this company. The cleaners caused damage to two of my walls, and when I brought this to the attention of management, my complaint was not taken seriously. Instead of addressing the issue, I faced arguments and was refused any evidence, as the manager claimed to have taken photos but wouldn't show them to me. It felt like my credibility was undermined simply because I had previously complained about the quality of the cleaning one time. Overall, this reflects poor customer service and business etiquette, especially considering their high prices. I would not recommend their services.

Since I posted this review, I still haven't received replies from the company in regards to the damages and poor customer service experience.
