Due to a leak/messy situation from an apartment above me, I needed my entire bathroom sanitized. The booking process was simple. Everyone I spoke to was super polite and friendly. When the team arrived to my house, they were professional and ensured to protect the area surrounding the bathroom. My bathroom now looks spotless and brand new. Would highly recommend!!

Great customer service and they did a great job!! They made fabric shades that were damaged by grease look almost like new! Lisa was very helpful. If needed I would not hesitate to use them again.

My window cleaners badly dirtied my white shades. I was horrified. Fortunately, OnTimeSteamCleaning was able to clean the shades to my complete satisfaction. This prompted me to give them another opportunity to clean a handwoven silk rug, and again, they did an amazing job.

I had my 5' x 7' sent out for cleaning. I know I could have replaced it but; it's a really lovely design, and I've grown quite attached felt it was worth it. I'm simply amazed and so pleased with the results. It looks absolutely brand new, and I'm so happy I didn't replaced it. On Time Cleaning has great customer service. They are really efficient and very friendly. I will definitely be working with them again.

Harrison was amazing! Communicated well and gave me realistic expectations! The whole process was seamless. As soon as I signed up for a quote on their website, they called to assess my needs, the lady on the phone was pleasant as well and they called and texted the day before to remind me of the appointment. I got an appointment within a few days and that was more because of my schedule not their lack of availability. Harrison, the technician/cleaner, texted me the day of that he was running ahead and asked if he could come early, I said yes… he came, assessed the rooms i told him I wanted to stay within their lowest rate, he confirmed the price with me. Over the phone they had already let me know about the extra 4% fee if I paid via card. He provided me with realistic expectations of what the floor would look like after. He was done in about 30 mins. I liked that no one tried to upsell me anything. It was a great process however I did expect my floors to shine more and I hope they perhaps add a polish and scrub feature in the future. If I ever do a steam cleaning again, I would definitely go with them.

Jen did an amazing job with our carpets (soiled terribly by our tenant) and was very thorough and fair from start to finish. She spent the time to walk through our unit and worked with me to come up with a game plan to tackle the problematic areas. We really appreciated working with Jen and will be sure to reach out to her again in the future!

Jen and her team were professional, timely, friendly and did an amazing job cleaning my vintage rugs and getting new pads. I have used them a few times now and in fact, I have another rug for them to pamper next week. I highly recommend On Time Steam Cleaning

This company does superb work. From silk and antique wool carpets to on site cleaning of fabric shades and mohair furniture, they were able to work thoroughly and with care, and leave everything in great shape.

These guys were amazing. They were on time. Cleaned the carpets so well i thought they went out to buy new carpets. I am so sorry I did not do a before and after picture. Very respectful of my home as well. Will be using them going forward.

I initially called One Stop Steam Cleaning to clean a mattress in my parents’s apartment. The technician, Jen, came on time and assessed the situation. Since it had been a long time since the mattress was clean, she also recommended that she should clean the headboard and box spring as well. I agreed and she got to work. She did a fabulous job and everything is much cleaner. The front office also did a great job in communicating with me from confirming the appointment to sending a certificate of insurance, so everything ran smoothly. Great job!
