I’ve been living in NY for about 10 years now and I’ve never come across such a poor service.
To start with, they gave me the time for 2 pm and after repeated calls over the next 3 hours, they reached at 6 pm.
The cleaning was very rushed as they seemed to be in a hurry. The cleaners comprised of a mom and her two teenage daughters. Not at all professional as they claimed to be. I had to explain to them multiple times about what needs to be done. They kept laughing and cracking jokes between them.
At one stage I was tired of explaining, and just gave up and started cleaning myself. This cleaners didn’t know English, so thank God for google translate.
They told me they’ll work for 3 hours, but after an hour they just packed up their supplies and decided to leave. Job was only half done but I guess they don’t work after 7 pm. Their vacuum cleaner and supplies were probably a 100 years old.
Again, worst service ever. This is not how professionals work. Beware of such bogus cleaning companies. I lost $200 and an entire day. At the end of the day, sucked up and cleaned myself. Stay away from this cleaning service.
