I just had a deep clean done and I had Alex and Jose for a week. I couldn't have asked for 2 nicer men. They were lovely, kind and conscientious. They worked very hard and were so nice while doing so. The last day they were supposed to be here Alex's uncle died and before flying to the funeral he came in to finish the job for the last day because he didn't want to leave me like that. I couldn't have hoped for a nicer guy.

I hired Home Clean Home (Brooklyn Office) to help me deal with a very difficult situation to help.a relative move out of their NY apartment. The apartment was a hoarding situation beyond comprehension. I found HCH on the internet and am so grateful I found them!! I don't live in NY so I was at the mercy of finding a company I could trust. From day one, working with them over the course of about a month to work out the details was nothing but a pleasure. This included weekends. It's a woman-owned business and every woman I talked to was so nice, personable, very compassionate to my task at hand, very flexible, and willing to work with me. They talked to me like I was family. (Other companies weren't interested.) I have to point out that they were all very eager to work within my budget and their quote was very reasonable. This included Cindy, the Director, Nicole, and Dona. They promptly answered my emails, calls, and text messages regardless of what day of the week it was or time. Once we pinned down the day and time, I worked with Cindy. She was an absolute professional in every way. Extremely committed to help me accomplish the move and her attention to detail was amazing. With her project management skills, she helped me stick to a tight deadline that was dictated by lawyers. On the day of the "move", her team was right on time and eager to get busy with full Hazmat gear. They were nothing but angels of mercy with the conditions they encountered. It was the hottest day in NY (104 degrees inside) with no AC or fans from 10-4:30. They worked like a machine with no complaints doing everything I asked for - pulling certain items out of the apartment and cleaning/sanitizing them to be moved to another location. I can't begin to express what an incredible job they did. Before they left, they sent me photos of everything to be sure I was satisfied with their work and that they had gotten everything I requested. Despite the horrific conditions they worked in, all the items look brand new. The HCH team did not skimp at all to get out of there as soon as they could. They lived up to their company's reputation, and the company should be very honored to have them as employees. They worked so hard, it was astounding. So needless to say, I love this company and would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat (already have!).

These guys are amazing. They cleaned out and/or organize 30 years worth of stuff that I had forgotten I even owned. And this is with my cats "helping"! Excellent work.

Everyone we dealt with in having our apartment deep cleaned of dirt and debris created by exterior construction in an adjacent building was experienced and capable. We hired Home Clean Home a few months ago for their hoarding cleaning services after a deceased relative’s apartment in the Bronx had sat untouched for 2 years — and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. From the start, Miguel set everything up seamlessly and paired us with two incredible cleaners, Konneh and Nella, who went above and beyond.

They showed up on time, gave clear and accurate estimates for how long the process would take (ours was 5 days), when items would be hauled away, and how everything would be organized. Their compassion and kindness in such a sensitive situation really stood out. They communicated every step of the way, explained what they were doing, and made sure we felt comfortable with the process.

All my brother and I needed to do was focus on sorting through personal and family items, while Konneh and Nella handled the overwhelming cleaning, organizing, and clearing. They worked efficiently and with such respect for the situation. We were able to find very important documents and they did not throw away anything without our approval first. You can tell that both Konneh and Nella love the work that they do. To do this type of hoarding cleaning work, you have to really be a one-of-a-kind person (as the working conditions are not for the faint of heart!) They are an incredible duo.

Yes, the service is an investment, but the results spoke for themselves — the apartment was completely transformed, and there’s no way we could have accomplished this without their help. I needed a five day deep clean of my apartment due to hoarding issues, and am so happy with the results!!! Crew leader Sory Camara just radiates positivity and empathy, has boundless energy and is a fantastic project manager. His team members Fernanda and Julian are amazing! And so nice! They all worked very hard to make my apartment pristine again, hauling away years of accumulated junk and debris. They cleaned everything, including pictures, in every room, floor to ceiling. They organized everything, including closets. They are so positive and reassuring, especially Sory, who also goes by Konneh. His drive and managing skills are just what I needed!! Thank you all!!

One of the most horrible companies ever. They sent two cleaners. One, Charles was good. The other one kept leaving front and back doors open, snooping around, moved the stove and left it like that, left mouse traps on the floor...a disaster...they never put anything back, just left it all outside with rain on the way and wild animals in the area. Charles at least covered things. The other one kept nagging him to just leave. Three days and everything is still outside. Horrible company.

I had great service from Alex and Jessica. Very thorough workers. Respectful. On time these two work great together. It was a Christmas miracle what Alex and Jessica did for my apartment. What did this amazing company do? The better question is what did they NOT do! I cannot recommend Home Clean Home/HCH enough!

My brother and I were just recently saddled with dealing with our mother's 3.5 level hoarded 2 bedroom apartment while being under TREMENDOUS stress dealing with her health and personal issues.

After speaking to numerous companies, we decided on Home Clean Home. Best decision we could have made. The entire team was professional, empathetic, sympathetic, patient, honest, helpful and THOROUGH. After clearing out the hoard, they got things cleaned that I NEVER could have imagined was salvageable. From top to bottom, ceiling to floor, they cleaned EVERYTHING. Nothing was left undone or untouched. This includes an exterminator who came today, and will be coming back two more times to make sure the job is done.

Cleaning out a hoard is not easy, nor is it cheap. This was money well spent. If our mom gets to come home, it is clean. It is safe. And that is all thanks to Home Clean Home. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

This past summer we rescued a family member after he suffered a stroke. He had been a recluse his entire life and had not been able to care for his home for many years.
