Finding a good cleaning crew to me isn’t easy and when i feel that connection like they are a part of my family, it’s a winner for me and these ladies are just that! They do an awesome job, are so warm and super friendly to work with!

I had used this company 3 times.first time a wonderful job cost 200.00. 2nd time 500.00 for extra stuff( a rip off) everything is a extra cost With this company. the 3rd time was just terrible. They wanted to charge extra to clean out a bread basket that was on the kitchen table. They said it's extra?!?!? A bread basket,? I still can't get over that. It's actually comical. And they wouldn't clean the space between two closets because that was extra as well. They were thier for 1hr and got paid 200.00 for what?!, what?!? To vacuum and mop. I had to clean myself after because they didn't do anything. Cleaning to them is just wiping surface down, vacuuming and mopping with a swiffer. For 200.00 they need to use a real mop not a swiffer to mop.didnt even offer to give me a refund, that to me is bad customer service. I am a business owner and I would have never had my staff do what this company staff did. The client would of received a refund and on top of that I would of offered a free cleaning. But this company is all about banging you out for a buck. Look at thier website.Everything that should be a normal cleaning service they charge extra for. It will end up costing over 1k just to get a good cleaning from this company. I'm at disgust . I would never recommend them again. They accused my father for lying when I saw everything on camera.because they told me they were thier for 2hrs and I said no it was an hour. It's one floor 1 bath and 2 bedrooms. It's a small place and they want to charge 200.00 for an hours work. I think I am in the wrong business.

I’ve been using Diamond Maids for the last three years for my apartment. They are flexible and responsive. I am happy with the services and would recommend them.

This was for post construction cleaning. They did a decent job cleaning up majority of the dust. However they missed several shelves and the floor definitely needed more cleaning. You can see the dust in the sunlight. Also she quoted me on 5 hours during the walk-through, but ended up needing 7 hours..felt like she rushed it at the end.

Excellent cleaning! Needed a deep cleaning for our store and the service was excellent, efficient, and timely. And when I say timely, I really mean it. We booked a 2 hour cleaning, they arrived at 10:49 and left at 12:49 without a spot to be found. That's true professionalism. Will definitely be using in the future and will recommend to others!
