We've been using Diamond Maids for almost 4 years and they have always provided outstanding service each time! We've used them for a move out clean, move in clean, regular and deep cleaning services. They have a great online scheduling system but called me when they noticed some of my reoccurring appointments were not lined up properly. They are always amazing to work with!

Diamond Maids has been cleaning my home intermittently over the last several years and I'm always pleased with the results.

They get done in a relatively short period of time what would take me days to accomplish.

They are careful with our fragile items, bring their own cleaning supplies, and always do a great job. They are always on time and very accommodating for any last minute schedule changes on our end. The full team of Diamond maids have performed services for post construction on many of our construction projects. Diamond Maids is the absolute best! For the past two years, Kate and her team have left my house spic and span from top to bottom. I reserved a move-in service. The team arrived on time, and were in the home for roughly five or six hours.

When we did the final walk through, one of the bathrooms had clearly not been cleaned, so someone came in with nothing more than a rag and a spray to take care of it - no toilet scrub or anything like that.

I pointed out some things, like small paint marks which come off with a little bit of effort (as was clear in our order, it was a 'move in deep cleaning', and as most people do before moving in, we painted the walls), they pointed out that we should have asked for the 'post construction' service... as if painting some walls merits the same cleaning service after having construction done.

There is dust in the closets.

It seems very professional, the booking process is quite easy and they communicate very well. But the service is lacking and does not merit the price they charge.

I recently had my first experience with Diamond Maids and I'm pleased with results. I heard about them from a former friend who uses their cleaning service. My studio was spotless after cleaning. They went above my expectations, and did deep cleaning after renovation. Ready to move in. I plan to use them again. PROFESSIONAL and reliable staff. I like the fact that they are insured, too.

From the moment they arrived, they were polite, respectful, and got straight to work. I was impressed that they managed to get out a very tough stain on my couch that I thought was there for good.
