I’ve been going back and forth with this company since 1-25. We just finished our Reno and wanted to clean two living room sets and rugs as we agreed. They offered a package deal. I sent them photos since January agreeing to what is being done. They came today, completely changed their price even though I have all the messages and confirmation of what is going to be cleaned and for how much. The crew came, started to deny I ever sent them photos and changed the prices $200+. I showed them the messages, they acknowledged the messages but said no, we didn’t realize it. Worst! No professionalism whatever. They wouldn’t even try to correct or even make things right.

I am a gym owner for 11 years and this was The best service I have ever had. They came to my gym at 5am finished at 8am looking forward to my next cleaning.

Had an office party and a glass bottle of wine fell on the carpet left a patchy mess and smell. Not only was this emergency taken care of, but my office also got a deep clean.

Asked for my driveway to be cleaned, they came in less the an hour. They got all the hard snow removed in no time, they even left salt all around the property. Would hire again !!!!

DO NOT USE EMPIRE THE ABSOLUTE WORST CLEANING SERVICE. I ASKED FOR THE WOMAN TO BRING A VACUUM AND THEY TOLD ME YES THE LADY SHOWS UP WITH NO VACUUM. THEN THE CLEANING LADY SWEARS SHE DOES NOT NEED A VACUUM TO GET THE FLOORS CLEAN SO I TRUST HER. I CAME BACK TO MY APARTMENT AND THE PLACE WAS BARELY CLEANED DUST AND DIRT UNDERNEATH MY KITCHEN TABLE. BATHROOM WAS DIRTY, MY STOVE WASNT CLEANED PROPERLY, MY DRESSERS IN MY ROOM WASNT DUSTED. MEANWHILE I HAF PAID FOR A DEEP CLEANING WHICH WAS VERY EXPENSIVE. THEY LIED TO ME AND TOLD ME THEY WERE GOIMG TO TAKE THE MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AFTER THE CLEANING ANF THAT WASNT THE CASE THEY CHARGED MY CARD THE MOMENT SHE SHOERD UP HERE THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS AND SO UNPROFESSIONAL.
