We have been using Empire Cleaning services for the past six years. Mario and his staff are extremely courteous, prompt and effective. They are the primary cleaning service of our five story commercial building. All of our workers know and more importantly trust Mario to ensure that the building is clean and maintained properly. Mario is always willing to take that extra step to make sure our building is kept nice and presentable. He is proactive in the upkeep of our building. I would highly recommend Empire Cleaning for all of your cleaning projects.

Terrible service. Technician was 2 hours late to my first appointment. I was clearly his last job of the day and he just wanted it done quickly. Did not get basic dirt stains off my sofa, made a mess on my floors, did not scotchguard as promised. I complained, and they agreed to send another technician. Same thing, only this time the technician was 3.5 hours late. He was better than the first in that he got the stains out, but he sprayed scotch guard from an aerosol can indoors with all windows closed/no ventilation at all and I’m 8 months pregnant. Completely amateur service. Would not recommend or ever use again.

Maxim did a great job cleaning our love seat and foot stool. He got out more dirt and stains than we expected could be done.

Five stars to this business as they solved my couch problem. I was honestly thinking of donating my couch or just trading it because it has some stains on it and it was a bit dirty and i don’t know how to clean it. 😅 Then, NYC steamers came to the rescue. Arch, arrived on time, he was friendly and he was very careful not to make my rug wet and he was fast too. He even showed me the dirt that he was able to remove from my couch. I didn’t know I was seating on all that dirt! Now, my couch looks brand new. Very good work! Thanks so much. Attaching the before and after for your reference. Worth it!

It was my first time ever getting a couch cleaning service. I didn’t have any expectations on it, but instead of throwing my sofa to the garbage I decided to give it a chance. A lot of people around me already tried this service from this company and I knew I can trust them.
As a result my old couch looks brain new, I couldn’t believe my eyes, Hugo did an amazing job😍 He is an absolute professional and got a really nice personality: kind, funny, caring. He took care of my couch as if it was his own, every little angle and corner was worked on very well.

This is my third time using NYC Steamers and they are PHENOMENAL!!! I absolutely love their attention to detail and the time they take take to do a great job! Hugo did such an amazing job with our couch and brought it back to life from being dull and grey to looking like brand new. He even cleans up his surrounding area and doesn’t stop until you are satisfied with the job. I cannot recommend them enough! You will not regret it!

Getting your upholstery cleaned by En from NYC Steamers was a great experience. He was very friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the process while delivering a thorough deep clean. The furniture was left fresh, clean, and ready to use.
