I did not have a good experience with NYC Steamers, first of all my appointment was supposed to be at 2:00 pm on a Friday. By 2:20 no one had shown up and I called them, they let me know the technician was coming from another job and that he would be arriving any time between 2-4 pm. The technician ended up arriving 4:45 pm. They did a good job with the cushions we sit on that had visible staining, but worked quickly on the rest of the cushions which overall appeared "cleaner"/had no visible stains, and as you can see in the after picture attached, the couch is still very dirty, spotty and in some spots significantly dirtier than before, as the cleaning seemed to have shifted the dirt/grime around without really getting it out. This service was $250 dollars, the cleaner was not on time and couch was left with significant stains post clean. I tried calling to discuss my dissatisfaction with their service, could not get through, left a voicemail with my callback # and have not heard back from the company. Would not recommend.

Albert cleaned my white linen sofa, pillows and barstools. They all came out stunningly! Only took him 2 hours. He was courteous, professional and efficient. I would recommend this company and Albert to anyone who needs reliable cleaning services. Thank you Albert!

I recently had my couches cleaned by NY Steamers, and En was the technician who did the work. He was absolutely fantastic—friendly, professional, and very detail-oriented. En treated the fabric with care, and made sure every stain was gone. My couch look brand new and smell amazing! I’m so impressed with the quality of service and will definitely be calling them again. NYC Steamers is phenomenal! Konstantin was so friendly, courteous and did an excellent job on our couch and rug. Both had deep set pet stains that we tried every off the shelf option on to get out ourselves with no luck. Both are like new after Konstantin’s expert work. Called asking if we wanted him to come earlier in the day, great communication on arrival timing and efficient cleaning in ~1 hr. Thanks so much!

En was great. He gave me an ETA first thing in the morning via text and he was right on time. I had 2 rugs, 1 couch, 1 arm chair and 2 dining chairs all cleaned and the whole thing took about 50 mins. My couch had the biggest transformation (it’s the oldest) - I haven’t had it cleaned in nearly 6 years and it looks brand new. The whole booking process was also super easy.

This was my second time using NYC Steamers and, unlike the first time, it was terrible. I was originally impressed by them, but the person that came for my latest cleaning was terrible. He ruined my chairs as seen in the photos. They weren’t even dirty and he offered to do them for a really low price, so I said sure. Now they’re stained and yellowing. He also didn’t clean my whole rug because he didn’t want to scoot the couch over. When I asked him to at least get the edges, he shoved my coffee table out of the way, into the dresser, and chipped it. It also dented the dresser handle. I tried to have someone call me back multiple times over the last few weeks—they said they would and NEVER DID. Super bad experience and disappointed I have to write this after the first time was great.

My 2nd time using NYC steamers and another good experience! I scheduled on Saturday for the next day which was very convenient that they had availability, especially for a weekend and a Sunday. My technician was Ali, and he was very friendly and professional. He came within the time range I had signed up for and called to let me know his ETA. He used shoe covers on his shoes, moved aside my rug so the machine wouldn't be on it, and closed all windows he had opened during the time the machine was going on. He did a very good job cleaning the sofa and removing the stains. The couch wasn't very dirty since it had only been 1 year since my last cleaning, but I spilled paella all over one cushion and arm rest which he completely got rid of all stains. He was pretty fast and completed the job in 1 hour. My only con is that the prices have gone up since last year. Overall, I recommend!
