It was my first experience hiring cleaning services for my apartment after renovations. I needed the kitchen, bathroom, windows, and floors cleaned. When the company arrived, I left and returned after 4 hours to find the windows unwashed, kitchen cabinets streaked with dirty rags, floors untouched, and dirty windows. They claimed the windows were impossible to clean because they couldn't be opened. I ended up having to clean everything myself.

I am so happy with the job that Diamond Maids did with my 1 bedroom apt. I was hosting a very important person at my place and had recently had a mouse problem (mice in my oven! Horrible!) and I was very nervous about hosting. Diamond Maids were able to come (booked them 2 days before the cleaning) and I had 3 people cleaning my place all at the same time! These ladies did an impeccable job! They were super thorough even changing my bed sheets! My bathroom, kitchen, living room and bedroom, never looked cleaner! Even my oven was spotless! I’ve been using Diamond Maids for only a short period of time (about three months) and they have been exceptional. They are courteous, on time, hard working and most importantly, flexible. I am SO GLAD I found Diamond Maids when I moved from CT 2 yrs ago. My realtor recommended them to me as I didn't know anyone in the city. These ladies are ALWAYS on time (if not early). Always have a smile, meticulous cleaners, SO helpful. Recently I tried a deep cleaning. Let me tell you, it is WORTH the splurge. They emptied my fridge, cleaned it, completely reorganized.
