I had an amazing experience with your company,!
Supervisor hadas has great service! Communication as well , crew made a great service and they did an amazing cleaning! I was amazed for what they did in my family members apt , thank you so much for the support , communication, help and the safe feeling i had during the process !!

An amazing experience. They crew Flores and Carlos led by Heidi were kind (I needed it), efficient and full of energy. I feel very safe. Donna was great on the phone and Miguel the supervisor even came by to check to see how the job was progressing. They're delivering what they promised. You get what you pay for.

We were shocked that the cleaning crew didn't come with the proper cleaning equipment for such an expensive service. They didn't have squeegees or microfiber towels required for glass cleaning. They were wiping down the glass & windows with paper towels. The cleaners had to clean the glass door 6 times because they couldn't get the smudges/residue from their cleaning product off. Such abrasive cleaning with inappropriate equipment could damage an expensive coating layer.
After they informed us that the cleaning of the kitchen was completed, we could still see a lot of old dry food remnants around the burners.
We had to ask several times if something was cleaned because it didn't seem like the crew was experienced or perhaps there were no proper procedures and methods in place (standard sequence of cleaning). For instance, they started wet cleaning the window before vacuuming the dusty AC that was right above the window.
Furthermore, the way the process was explained to us during the assessment was not observed. the sequence described to us was that all dry-cleaning is done 1st (vacuuming, etc) then followed by wet cleaning (mopping, etc)
We were expecting 3 cleaners per the original contract but only 2 showed up and there was no professional communication to inform us of such change until we had to bring it up.
Some of the things that were described to us during the assessment were not completed. The granite countertop was not polished, the hallway walls were not cleaned, the kitchen sink that they used to rinse all the dirty mops were not wiped down & disinfected when they were done using it. Hardwood floors were not polished and the same mop & cleaning product was used for everything.
This is certainly not how professional cleaning service should look, it is below any standard for the exorbitant price that we were charged for it. I really hope that they will take this into consideration and try to improve their processes for future customers so that they do not feel ripped off as we do.

I’ll probably never find the words to express how much gratitude I have for Home Clean Home and their crew, but I’ll give it a shot:

I was working against a tight deadline (9 days) and thought no one would be able to help with the level of help that was necessary at my aging mother’s apartment. Hadas (site manager) came out to do an assessment and assured me that it was well within their wheelhouse, and with those words she instantly eased my worry.

Charles’s can-do attitude and unwavering positivity made a significant difference in easing the stress of cleaning up my mother’s apartment. His professionalism and dedication were evident in every task he undertook, making the entire experience remarkably smooth and efficient.

What truly sets Home Clean Home apart is their remarkable flexibility and accommodation, exemplified by Hadas. She went above and beyond by rearranging less time-sensitive jobs to accommodate a deadline given by my mother’s landlord. This level of dedication ensured that the job was completed promptly and to the highest standards. Hadas checked in with my mother and how she was feeling about the process daily, which was very appreciated.

I also want to acknowledge Julian for his positivity and professionalism, contributing to a seamless and stress-free experience for my mom throughout the entire process.

While my mom’s comfort was paramount to me, I appreciated that Dona who answered the phone when I first called made me feel comfortable as well. What I thought was an impossible job sounded a lot more possible after her reassurance.

Needless to say, I would highly recommend Home Clean Home to anyone looking to declutter, clean, and/or organize their home.

I cant say enough wonderful things about Charles and Raimondo from this company. They did an unbelievably amazing job with a tough situation. They were punctual, professional, polite and compassionate towards myself and my elderly aunt. The company itself, along with Donna, were easy to work with and did what they promised. Thanks to Charles and Raimondo my aunt has a new, clean start!! They are the best!

They are awesome...two person team were thorough, caring and careful, with attention to detail, just the best of the best, could not ask for a better set of hands, a dream team both on the removal and reorganizing fronts...they are hardworking and excellent collaborators. So effective and enjoyed the experience working together. All while improving health as they made my place clean and entirely LIVEABLE once again. They are simply a Godsend. They even preserved most of my items as collectibles, respecting my place. Respect, something I haven't felt nor expected in a long time. Just an incredible result, and overall experience, with two wonderful people !!

Thank you Home Clean Home for the deep cleaning of my mother's home. Your 2 employees Alex and Sterling were here this week cleaning my mother’s home in East Syracuse, NY. They did an amazing job! They were so helpful and courteous every step of the way. They communicated well and were reliable (and even early) with the times we agreed for them to meet me at the house to start every day. The quality of their work was impeccable! My mom’s house has never looked this good! They even helped me load my mother’s clothes into the car that I was taking to the laundromat. I would get daily pictures to show the progress being made and they made us feel so at ease in a stressful situation. They always arrived on time and truly cared about the work they were doing. This company did such a good job! The men who worked with me -- Julian and Eihadji Sory Camara -- were timely, courteous, thorough, and professional, expertly working through the clutter and mess to transform the apartment through their professional cleaning. They carefully kept track of important items and asked questions any time they needed while cleaning out the disgusting things quickly and completely. Money well spent! I would work with them again if I ever need it.

Home Clean Home was simply wonderful! Dona acted as point person to coordinate - remotely - a deep clean and painting for family member's apartment. The team - Julian, Jessica, Konneh, and Agron - worked nonstop for each of 7 days, removing a lot of debris and cleaning while coordinating painting to make the overall time of the project as short as feasible. The results look beautiful and they went the extra mile when some last minute boxes were identified to be removed. As important, they showed such kindness and compassion to my family member who was reluctant to agree to this so-necessary deep clean/refresh. Dona also kept us updated throughout. Great cleaning experience. Was able to coordinate with Dona over the phone to get the service scheduled and then day of Fernanda was polite and efficient. She took care of a fairly difficult basement job with construction materials and made the place perfectly liveable. Would certainly hire them again.

Wonderful crew of people came to clean our family home, highly recommend if you’d need your home clean! You could tell they have been doing this for a while, the professionalism and the way they got my home looking and smelling after they were does, I was astonished!
