A huge cherry tree fell in our backyard and within a few hours of calling Carl at Evergreen it was carefully and completely removed. The cost was fair and the communication was on point. I would definitely recommend Evergreen Tree Specialists!

Worst customer service of all I have seen, I live in Queens and called them a few times, they managed to come check out our tree after maybe 5 or 6 times. After leaving a quote and I said go ahead and start the trimming, I had to call them a few times to start the job, most of the time they just don't even care to answer. After missing schedule time after time, I just gave up on their extreme non-professional behavior.

Carl and his team was a pleasure to work with! They were fast, punctual, and professional. We will definitely use them again!

Carl and his crew were very quick, friendly, and respectful. They took down an enormous tree in our backyard (with no street access) in less than 3 hours. It was a sight to behold.

I am not sure if their service is good, but my experience is similar to one of the previous post. I called and ask for an estimate for tree stump removal and planting of a new tree. The owner said that he will come to take a look on the next day, but it's a no show. I also haven't been able to reach the phone number after my initial contact.

I called evergreen tree service to remove a 40 foot pine tree from my rear yard.
They came at precisely the time of the appointment and within approximately two hours the tree was down and loaded onto their truck. My garden was left clean, the street outside my house was broom swept, and the staff was very careful in the cutting removal and disposal of the tree.

The owner Carl showed up on time and gave me a great price, and the crew came the next day and did an awesome job on my trees, they look great, and the cleanup was fantastic, i will call him again great experience

This tree company are my absolute heroes.
I had my kitten, climbed the tree and been too afraid to get down, poor cat have been there for few days. Called animal shelters, 911, etc nobody could help. Finally, decided to call local tree companies, and I was lucky enough to deal this this in particular. The owner was super nice, he sent some people to help in rescuing my cat.

Carl and Evergreen have been my tree company since 2017. Today, May 2023, they were back to do a big job, taking down big limbs and branches from a Mulberry tree. The head conductor, Edjardo, is a gem and very good with cleaning, sweeping and getting all the debris gone. 100% recommend this company. 5 star review!

We did have three big invasive trees growing on our backyard. All of them very close to the chain link fence. Because of that I was informed by everyone ,that they cannot be cut close to the ground without damaging the my neighbors fence .
Please don’t get discouraged by slow response from Carl. Yes it was bit frustrating, BUT so worth it!
Once we agreed on the price and date, communication was prompt, and clear.
His crew worked tirelessly without any unnecessary breaks.Afterwards they cleaned up mine and my neighbors yard .They stacked up neatly the cut up tree trunks for next day pick up.
I would recommend Carl to any of my friends.

A Massive tree limp crashed down on my garage roof early Sunday Morning and it was sitting on a couple of wires. Situation was urgent, I called several other companies that are listed as 24/7 emergency response and they don’t work on Sunday’s how ironic. So I was shocked when Evergreen responded and Carl the owner showed up within an hour. Very professional. Great job, clean up and disposal.. very happy with the service. Thx.

They did a great job removing a very old tree from a tight space in my backyard. Would hire them again in a NY minute.

These guys were great. I had a huge tree that needed to be removed from my backyard. The job took maybe 3 hours max. They were clean, efficient, professional and reasonably priced.

Needed a few branches cut from a large tree in my backyard. Came the next day with a crew to do the job. It was quick and efficient. Cleanup efforts were decent as well. Would recommend and use again.

I was in the market of having 2 very large trees in close proximity to houses and around a deck removed. After calling several tree companies I decided to go with Evergreen Tree Specialists based on previous reviews and the reasonable price. The owner Carl was very assuring as I had worries about the deck being damaged. He was very reassuring along with Miguel who came to give me the estimate. Miguel came on a Sunday and told me how they would be removing the trees, saying it would take a day to a day and a half and said we would be back on Wednesday. They showed up on time and it was amazing to watch them work. They were very careful dropping down large pieces of tree trunk like they were floating on clouds. They finished the removal and cleanup all in 1 day. They left my yard spotless and even went into my 2 neighbors yard to clear debris. I would 100% recommend.. Thank you Evergreen Tree Specialists for courteousness and professionalism!
