Best cleaning service I have ever worked with in NYC. I have an apartment in NYC and have lived here for 30 years. I can't recommend Russian cleaning service enough. They are always punctual and leave my home spotless. Their attention to detail is impeccable – they find cleaning areas I never even notice. The friendly and reliable team (also the booking staff) consistently leaves my house feeling like I am walking into an upscale hotel suite. Did a poor job with move-in cleaning. Balcony window was left uncleaned. I had to buy extra detergent for the stove.

My cleaner did a good job. But I had some problems with the company overall. I had requested while booking that the cleaners bring their own vacuum and basic cleaning supplies because I just moved and don’t have it. The company messaged me on the day prior to the cleaning asking if they could reschedule the cleaning to earlier, which I had to deny because it didn’t fit my schedule and I wouldn’t be home. Then on the day of they again told me the cleaner would be arriving later than the expected time frame. This is kind of annoying because people have plans which they need to rearrange. I said ok but they never sent me a confirmation even after me requesting them multiple times and I had no idea when the cleaner was coming and then the cleaner arrived at a later time frame with just a mop and no vacuum like I requested. All very annoying and added to a dissatisfactory experience. Also they’re cleaning for a 1br apartment basic cleaning says 2 hrs 30 minutes but the cleaner left in just 1hr 30 min.
