Fantastic. Needed final clean of my vacant apartment before walkthrough and sale. Even cleaned the filthy electric cords of wall lamps that had been hidden behind the bed. All baseboards, window ledgers, refrigerators, everything!! Cleaned like I clean, maybe better.Feruza is fast, energetic, kind, cheerful, smart, professional and travels with all supplies. Highly recommend anyone from this company!!

Found them through google. Setting up was easy and quick. Our cleaner arrived on time, did an amazing job - Feels like a new home. Do not hesitate to book, try and see. 100/100 recommended.

This was my first cleaning experience with this company. I booked a three-hour session for my two-bed, two-bath apartment, but the cleaner arrived 45 minutes late. Although she stayed for three hours, she did not manage to clean the kitchen or bathroom floors at all. She also spoke very little English, so communication was difficult even with a translation app. The cleaner was not professional at all and I will not be booking with this company again.

Booking was easy. I asked if they would bring their own supplies, they informed me they would. Also said $80 fee for bringing vacuum and ladder. I'm moving in so I had no supplies. I told them I needed them to bring everything. ( luckily night before I did buy some cleaning supplies, this was supposed to be for my own use later on).
Day of, the cleaners brought minimal supplies with them. They ended up using my cleaning supplies that I had bought too. Someone with a ladder came by in a car to drop it off but I didnt see anyone ever brought a vacuum.
Floor felt dusty even after their mopping. It felt like they just lightly mopped and swept which is what I could have done. I thought they would have done a more thorough job.

Windows and countertops came out nice. But can't say I'm happy with much else. I would look else where.

Do NOT use them! Horrible service and false advertising! The cleaning fee does not include supplies and they don’t tell you, that with supplies it’s $80 more. Common problem when u read the bad reviews. She showed up for move-in cleaning with two little sprays. No vacuum, no ladder, no oven cleaner, no micro-cloths, no paper towels, etc. I think that’s a significant reason for a one-star review. A move-in cleaning without cleaning supplies?? At least communicate that on the webpage!
My daughter had to run out and buy all the supplies for the cleaning lady. It was one person and not a team like the owner writes below. She cleaned for 5 hours but not behind and under the refrigerator, no floors, not the bathroom etc. The bathroom was still black inside the bathtub. The floors were dirty. The vacuum was supposed to be delivered but never came so she „cleaned“ without vacuuming. They promised an additional cleaning the next day or week with a vacuum cleaner but that never happened despite the owner writing below that they try to fix problems.Total disaster.
At least they reimbursed my daughter $200 for the cleaning supplies that she had to go out and buy including a ladder. My daughter and her friend ended up cleaning themselves for several hours after the cleaning lady left. Very strange.

Excellent work every time. I’ve hired them multiple times now and they consistently do a great job. Just make sure you have your own supplies ready, and leave clear notes for them, too. I usually print out a simple instruction sheet in Russian using Google Translate, and it really helps them follow everything perfectly. Gulnara and Gulnaz are fantastic cleaners and extremely thorough

I highly recommend AB Rug Cleaning. They were able to clean our very old rugs and carpets with no problems, even the ones that we weren't sure were cleanable.

I dropped off 2 rugs for cleaning and picked them up a week later. They did a great job with the coffee stain that was on 1 of them. The price was fair as well.

I have an antique area rug that really needed cleaning. I called AB rug cleaning, amongst other companies for an estimate. Their price wasn’t the lowest but they knew a lot about how to handle and clean antique rugs. I got the rug back a week ago and am very satisfied.

The technician from AB Rug Cleaning came yesterday morning to clean our carpets and mattress. He came exactly on time (I love that!) and walked through the house asking about main traffic area and spots we noticed. He got right down to work and in 3 hours all carpets and the mattress looked like brand new. They were also almost dry since he uses a state of art equipment and air movers, which sped up the drying process. Also, this company uses ecofriendly, soap free products, which we love due to my husband’s allergies. Honest, trustworthy, hardworking, excellent customer service, super thorough job. I couldn’t find any area for them to improve on. Very happy with the service. If you are looking for a great carpet cleaning company, look no more. I will recommend them to all my friends.

AB Rug Cleaning was very professional, punctual and very flexible in terms of my scheduling needs. I was impressed with the quality of their service they gave my rugs. After not having them cleaned for 7 years, they look great now.

My carpet and couch needed to be desperately cleaned after avoiding it for 10 years. I called AB Rug Cleaning just for an estimate. The price was so reasonable I hired them right away. They came back a week later when I was ready and did the deep cleaning process. Oh man, the carpet and couch came out amazing. I did not think all the stains would come out but they did. I hired him because of all the amazing reviews his company. I will hire them again because, frankly, they are the best cleaning company. I hired him because he came to my home for an estimate. I hired him because I thought his estimate was really good. I will do business with him again because he did a breathtaking job on my ten-plus year carpet and couch. I highly recommend them.
