Terrible lack of care when it comes to other people's cars. Throw a mangy old tarp on a car and proceed to cut trees above the car? Letting branches and debris come falling down - instead of calling and asking to move the car - common sense. Keep in mind this is a private lot and assigned spot. Tried to call and speak to manager and make a complaint. Reception picked up heard my complaint and hung up. Didnt pick up afterwards. Terrible quality of service and rude employees. Def do not recommend.

Anthony came to my home to give me an estimate, professional and seems honest. Reasonable quote. Hope to work with them. I will let you all know how it goes.

Dragonetti removed a tree from my backyard in record time. They did it neatly and efficiently. They left no mess at all - cut the trunk to the ground. I was amazed that the job took so little time. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

I called Dragonetti Brothers over two months ago. I had someone come over and take measurements as we discussed the backyard plan. I was promised an estimate within two weeks. Approximately 10 calls with a promise to be provided an estimate and several emails later, I still have not received a call back or an estimate. I had been patient and approached each call positively, only to be disrespected in this manner. This company is unreliable and caused delays in my backyard development.

I had a large tree cut down this morning they arrived on time the tree was about from my new pvc fence and in between con Edison power lines they were very professional and accurate with where all the limbs and branches were dropped they cut down the stump about a foot below grade and cleaned up like they were never there the price was right I would highly recommend them as far as my job it was a very positive experience

Dragonetti was amazing! When I was soliciting bids they were responsible and reasonable. Our designer and account rep was beyond resourceful and helpful. They executed everything professionally and timely and we could not be happier with the results!

Do not even try with these people. They are horribly disorganized. They'll reschedule. They'll cancel. They'll reschedule again. You'll call them the day before to confirm and they'll have no idea what you're talking about. You'll take the day off for them to do work, and they just won't come. It's amazing to me that a company this dysfunctional can exist in 2019. Unreal.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS: Dragonetti Brothers - Unprofessional, threatening

Absolutely appalling experience with Dragonetti Brothers Landscaping. They never showed up to the appointed.
Arrived unannounced midweek, ready to work in a yard already landscaped by another company (who I called after they went MIA).
When I explained another company came in after they ghosted, they used obscene language and threatened to come to my house and break down the door.

Don't waste your time -- there are plenty of reputable landscaping companies out there. This is not one of them.

I paid $300 for a clean up which I thought was a little much since I had previously paid for a spring cleanup, but the other company missed all of June. So it was just grass. But I went with it because I needed to have a Gardner in place. I was told they would come twice a month. I thought that the "twice a month" for July was included with that initial charge since they started on July 8. It wasn't. It took me many un-returned phone calls to find that out. And I was only able to verify that after I paid a visit to their company on Ralph Ave. There I was also able verify that they had passed me onto another company...who I have yet to hear from. So now I am back up to a month without any service. I feel really taken advantage of. I was surprised and disappointed as I went with Dragonetti because I thought you were a reputable company. You live and you learn!! I chose not to believe the bad reviews and took a chance. I shouldn't have!!

I waited 5days for our appointment , which seemed long. Ryan came out to view the project and said he would send via email the estimate and sketch within the next 10 days, This company never followed through. I called them after two weeks and was told they would have the estimate in another 3 days. It has been another two weeks and nothing. What a waste of time. I do not believe that I was the correct gender or of the preferred ethnicity to become their client. Outrageous.

Removed large spruce tree. Worker climbed to top(80-90 feet), sawed off huge blocks of tree and just threw them down on my lawn and deck. Very large holes on lawn and chipped deck in 3 places. Should I really have to pay someone to fix these damages? Isn’t that what their insurance is for? They refused and said they would fix it. They never did!!!! Shoddy work…would never use them again or refer them to anyone. Should have looked for more reviews and better prices. .

One of their employees scammed me out of a lot of money. The company denies this happened even though I have emails showing what happened. Now they are threatening legal against me because I won't pay them again. The crew who did the landscaping work were fine. The salesman and the administrative staff are horrible people.

I purchased my Christmas tree from there and paid extra so I can get the tree that has the strong pine scent. I did not get what I paid for and was very disappointed. I moved on. Today I got a phone call they were offering to take my tree away for their price. I mentioned to the person that called me one of the owners about my tree nit having the pine scent. She said which was strange she is not responsible for the scent and before I could say anything she put the phone down on me. What baffles me is why did they charge me extra so I can have the full scent of the tree and then say to me you not responsible. When I went there everyone was so pleasant. Unfortunately I was not one of the lucky customers, I don’t know why I was treated like that. In the response to my review I was told if there is any questions I should call. Am I calling to be disrespected and have them hang up on me? That’s so not cool. I had my experience and for me it’s a wrap. No more!

Had a great experience with Chase the landscape designer for our small Bed Stuy back yard. It was a blank canvas of dirt and now it's a beautiful little oasis. He presented us with multiple options and explained the pros and cons of each option. He did not try to upsell, and actually steered us towards the less expensive option as he felt it was a better fit for our needs. He was very responsive to all my questions and the result is phenomenal! The installation crew was professional and did an amazing job. Couldn't be happier!

This is my go-to florist/nursery for quick shopping. Their service is impeccable. Even if you only have $20 for a bouquet, they'll hook you up with a bouquet that is worth $60 in beauty and arrangement. For the gardeners out there like me, I recommend this place as you'll reap great harvest. This place is amazing, the cashiers are kind and knowledgeable, and the gentlemen who create the flower arrangements are super helpful and nice. Go check it out!

We needed 15 trees removed from our property in order to get our new fence in. I called Dragonetti Brothers for an estimate and they were more reasonably priced than any others we had gotten. They were able to schedule us within 2 weeks and they promptly showed up with multiple guys and multiple trucks to remove our trees. They were courteous of our property and of our neighbors and they worked diligently all day - it was a lot of trees! All stumps were grinded down which was key and they did a fantastic clean up at the end so I really wasn’t left with a mess. Would 10/10 recommend to friends and family looking to have trees removed!!

Inquired for some simple planting work done for my yard via call, their phone operator takes down my info gives me a date where estimator will come to assess the cost of the job, they give me a date of tuesday with no time expectancy. Tuesday rolls around and no sign of estimator, I call back and they have no clue about who I am.

At this point we reschedule, date rolls around and the estimator is prompt and on time. Was able to assess the job in a matter of minutes and said I should expect them to email me a quote.

A month out and no quote. Me being considerate of the time of year (potentially peak season) I give them the time to reach out to me. Bad decision as I’m here a month and a half later and this company would not even let me know that they can’t take on the job.

There’s a level of professionalism I expect when working with any company, as I deal with hundreds a year with my Funds Management company and construction company, one thing for certain is I will not be using Dragonetti or recommending them to any of my clients. If you want to deal with professionals who communicate this isn’t the place.

*Side note I’m not one to pester so I only reached out about 3 times in a span of 1 month at no point did I hear back.

Edit/Update: Almost immediately after posting this review, Ryan reached out to clarify that he did email me the estimate. He sent me a screenshot of the email. There must be an issue somewhere since I don't have that correspondence in my inbox, spam, trash etc. But I do appreciate the response to my concerns. 5 stars for Ryan's professionalism; thank you!

(original review) We reached out to Dragonetti Brothers for a retaining wall project in our back yard. The rep (Ryan I believe was his name) arrived right on time, and we discussed the scale of the project and different options. I was told I would get an estimate emailed to me early the next week. The time passed, and after not receiving anything, I called to check on the estimate, and left a message with the secretary. She said she would relay the message to the rep. Another week has gone by, with no communication from them. I find that to be unprofessional and disappointing. I would hate to start work with them and have this level of unresponsiveness should any issues arise.

When my garden was destroyed due to construction work, I reached out to Dragonetti Bros. Austin was wonderful to work with and Aly was very kind, actually everyone I dealt with was nice. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a landscaper!

We have a small property that backs on a huge, overgrown lot, and it's impossible to keep the growth out of our little yard. It has to be attended to constantly in the growing season and this summer, we just got caught up with other things and let it go. Instant jungle. Anthony's team cleared it in under two hours, for a damned reasonable price. Will certainly use again. Before and after pics.

They were easy to communicate with, answered all my questions, and worked quickly and carefully to clear and beautify my backyard. The cleared all of my difficult weeds, trimmed trees, and installed landscaping stone for lower maintenance. Reasonable prices and efficient work. Would definitely recommend!
